Well maintained 2 bedroom mobile home located on private lot only 3 miles to Sunset Beach Pier and 4 miles to Ocean Isle Pier. Excellent, quiet location - not located in a subdivision or MHP. Home has central heat and air and is pet friendly. Walking distance to grocery store, drug stores, salons, restaurants, and other shopping. North Myrtle Beach is less than 30 minutes away.

Bedroom one features a Queen size bed. Bedroom two has a twin daybed with an additional twin trundle bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare food. Charcoal grill on property as well.

NOTICE: No washer or dryer on property.

WiFi is available and TV in living room has a Fire Stick with Pluto, Amazon, and other apps.

Pets welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

Perfect spot for Sunset Beach

This is a cozy spot off of HWY 904 near shopping and restaurants. The convenience is excellent! I lived in Brunswick County for years and trust me when i say this isthe spot.

Home away from home

Property has fully stocked kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Screened porch had a breeze even in August. It was as described. Close to everything. We would stay again.

Lovely home!

Renting this property was a very simple process, and I have no complaints for any of it. It’s a very affordable and cozy place to stay, and especially nice to come back to after a long day at the beach. It’s barely 10 minutes from both Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, and it’s a short walk to a Foodlion if you need. The place is exceptionally well equipped with amenities such as towels, bedding, cooking equipment and utensils, and others. Very flexible owner, easy to get ahold of, and incredibly polite. The only issue I had with the house was that there was no washer, so dry cleaning would be a must, but it’s only a mild inconvenience at best. Everything else goes above and beyond. 10/10 altogether.

Perfect For My Puppy and Me, Going to the Beach!

This was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our needs! Jennifer was very gracious with spot-on recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and where to visit, even last-minute texting. We had a great time and hope to come back next year. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Felt right at home!

We were comfortable as soon as we walked into the front door. Very cozy home! Thos property had everything that we could possibly need! If you forgot something, dont worry!! The property owner, Jennifer, has you covered! Also, my daughter really loved the treat bowl on the counter full of goodies, and snacks! This home is located a short drive to Sunset beach. We enjoyed out stay, and will be returning in the future!

Close to Beaches

We had a great time and loved that we were close to two Beaches. Pictures of inside we're accurate. However from the outside we thought it was in a more of a secluded area, but there are neighbors all around. So it wasn't as secluded as we thought it would be. It wasn't a problem just was surprised. It was still pretty quiet. It was clean when we got there.The property owners were really nice and answered all questions and recommended places to go and eat. Over all we had a great trip and for our first vacation we picked a great place to go. Close to Myrtle Beach as well. So technically close to 3 beaches.

Short stopover trip

Harold and Jennifer were the sweetest. Jennifer was super responsive and their screened in patio was perfect. They have a TV you can connect your phone to to watch movies. And the food lion is just down the street. Perfect spot for a girls/boys trip to the beach where you'll probably spend most of your time away and come back for some burgers on their grill or George Forman. I didn't spend much time there but it was very clean and quiet.

Harold and I are from Johnston County, NC and discovered this NC beach area a few years ago. We new right away that we wanted a permanent get-a-way in this area. We really enjoy our little beach place, and hope that you will enjoy it too during your stay at Ocean Isle Beach. Our place is not fancy, but it is ours, and we love it!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location of our property is convenient to everything! A grocery store, dollar stores, convenient stores, pharmacies, nail salon, thrift stores, breakfast, pizza, ice cream, subs, Mexican, and Italian are all in walking distance. Rarely upon our stays have we experienced noise from the nearby streets making our area very quiet even with all the retail around the property. Our neighbors are very visible and friendly.

Casa Dale Sol is not your beach front property, it is a 1984 2 bedroom mobile home. I have tried to make the inside of the home feel inviting and cozy. We do welcome dogs, as we have one ourselves. Guests can choose to spend the day on Ocean Isle Beach - 3 miles away - or Sunset Beach - 2 miles away, or take the 20 minute drive down to the Little River/North Myrtle Beach area.
