We welcome you to a spacious driveway that can easily accommodate 2 cars with room for Boat Trailer. Launch your kayak at community launch onto Intercoastal Waterway just down the street. Boat Launch is also available just under the causeway bridge. Free Ocean front parking and also pay to park lot is at fishing pier.

Lots of local restaurants are minutes away. Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, Food Lion just down the street. Take a 6 min drive to Calabash, NC for some of the best Seafood.

Lots of adventures close by; Fishing & Dolphin Tours, Boat & Jet Ski Rentals; Mini-Golf Courses, Zipline, Ingram Planetarium.

All Bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding. All Bed Linens & Pillows are New.
Full Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, bakeware, pot & pans and cooking utensils.
Dining table sits 6 people. As you arrive you will also find a little starter welcome gift from us; Just a small Thank You......We hope you enjoy your stay(enjoy enough to return, LOL)

There are Beach Chairs available for use as well as Beach Towels.(For Beach Use Only)
Please Do Not use Bath Towels for Beach Use.

Laundry Room has Washer & Dryer. Detergent and Dryer Sheets are available.

PETS are Welcome with a Non-refundable deposit. We require pets are crated when traveler is not present in the home and ask that pets not be allowed on beds or furniture.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Please place all used towels in laundry basket; Place all trash in trash bin outside by porch. Please make sure to place keys in lock box at departure. We ask you please respect designated check out time(10am).

This was the perfect spot for my father in law to join us for dinner. Only 3 steps to the front door so very safe for someone using a cane.

Visiting Nana and the beach.

Had a great stay at the 3Cs! Great area close to the beach with plenty of things to do and places to go. Home was clean and comfortable, it had just what we need for our stay. Will stay again in the future if traveling with family.

Very convenient location, and nice beach home!

Trip was to visit with our granddaughter and her parents. The location was perfect for us - less than 10 mins from them!

This place was perfect for our beach weekend getaway. It’s close to the beach, near several restaurants and a Food Lion grocery store is nearby. It’s a great location. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I thought the bed in the primary bedroom was a little hard but after a day on the beach and a couple of margaritas, I slept ok. Having a W\D there is handy (we didn’t use for our short trip) and the water pressure in the primary bath was good. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous time in Sunset Beach, NC. This VRBO rental property was exceptional! It was the perfect size for us, very clean and comfortable! I would recommend this rental! We LOVED it! Thanks for having us!

It’s not flashy, but a short drive to the beach and convenient to local towns. I misunderstood and thought the house was on the inter coastal waterway, but it’s not.

Cute place

Wasn’t to bad. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO place with a camera watching me on the front porch and the roach found in the bathroom was pretty gross but overall I’d say it’s a nice decent place for the price for sure.

The house wasn’t cleaned before we got there. Dead roaches on the floor, coffee drops on the stove, the house smelled musty, no vent in bathrooms for showers ( although they have windows) the inside of the kitchen cabinets smelled musty ( couldn’t use the pots and pans if I wanted to. Screen tore up in living room window.

Close to everything Sunset

Cozy little place, owner is very responsive and helpful. Only complaints smells very musty (dehumidifier running all the time) I bought 2 smaller ones for bedrooms- cleaning needs to be improved as found mold, if you plan to work and use internet it is not great- regularly goes in and out (e def up paying for hotspot).

My husband and I purchased this home this past year, This is #2 VRBO for us in the same neighborhood just one street over from our #1. (Perfect for families that want to be close but have own space)
Somewhere that was private, quiet but yet close to the beach is what we look for.
There is nothing better than a quiet neighborhood after a long day at the beach.
Our children have enjoyed and continue to enjoy every bit of sunset beach and will continue for years to come. We try our best to make sure when you stay it feels like home. We hope you will enjoy our new addition beach getaway, as I call it!
