The place was very nice it’s not the Taj Mahal but it nice to go the beach take showers and eat a quick bite before going and seeing the sites very relaxing. I love the screened in porch every morning, enjoying my coffee, listening to the birds and just relaxing. The host was very easy to get a hold of there was an issue with the electric we didn’t have for one day because of the company but other than that this place was fantastic. highly recommend if you’re not looking for a fancy place to stay.

Honestly, the pictures are better than the actual. Several improvementsneed to be made with the electrical outlets and other little repairs.Temperature was set extremely cold and could not keep the temperatureat a comfortable range. It kept reverting to the cold setting.Good location. Close to everything and very quiet.Enjoyed the screened in porch!!!!!

Key box was an issue several times . The cipher keys stuck many times. The floor felt gritty in the kitchen when doing a initial walking in. Several half dead reaches in kitchen on floor. Too deodorizer in the dwelling. Something was sprayed on the bed covers..etc. febreeze junk.. couldn't sleep in the rooms. Slept on couch. The stove looked worn. Inside was filthy. The washing was extremely slow..to load. DRYER..didn't work properly. Mechanical issues. Line dried my clothes. Drive port was trashy.. needed blowing of..around steps etc. Basically a good cleaning..on TV and entertainment area. As for access close to things. That was the plus. Streets are calm. Easy to walk or ride bike etc. Stores are very close. Place was constantly noisy Inside from dehumidifiers running.. Personally.. I'll never bother using it as a rental. I was familiar with the area. Etc. Wasn't worth the cost.. slapping paint on an old pig.. It'll show...itself. How about getting a better toaster and clean out the garbage Inside it.. Sorta crunchy. Cooked little crawlers inside. Signed..Slept in better hooches.. overseas..good day..

The property is nice and covenient to the beach. The property owner was very nice and accommodating. She was always available by email for questions.

Stay was ok didn't know the dryer was outside said there was a charcoal grill under carport so we stopped and got charcoal and food for on the grill to find no grill and to empty dehumidifier every 2 hours other than that the stay was nice would stay again and very close to the beach
