Une cuisine compacte dotée de plans de travail en granit, d’une cuisinière et d’un réfrigérateur. On y trouve également un coin repas avec deux chaises et une table recouverte d’une nappe bleue.
Un salon chaleureux avec un canapé, une petite table surmontée d’une lampe, un fauteuil décoratif et, au fond, un lit avec une literie à motifs floraux.

We are Walking distance from Waterway; Boat Launch less than 1 mile from home and Room for Boat/Trailer Parking in driveway(please respect there is no parking in front yard)!!

Relax and unwind in a setting that has a flexible layout. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. Perfect for Families with kids, Golfers, or fishing pals. Pillow top mattress for great night sleep. Enjoy morning coffee with Keurig machine. Enjoy A quiet evening on front screened porch, Smart Tv’s and WiFi access.
Our location means you’re only a few minutes away from the bridge that leads you to the beach. If your interest is fishing then you’ll find opportunities everywhere from beach, pier & charter boats. If you love golf then in addition to 3 signature golf courses across street at Sea Trail Community there are many others within a 5 mile radius. There are many quaint shops, grocery store, restaurants and ice cream/slushy shops within reach to our home: not to mention Calabash, NC just 2 miles away. Larger Ocean Isle Beach is within 4 miles and has its own atmosphere and opportunities for recreation(offering new park for kids).

The place was very nice it’s not the Taj Mahal but it nice to go the beach take showers and eat a quick bite before going and seeing the sites very relaxing. I love the screened in porch every morning, enjoying my coffee, listening to the birds and just relaxing. The host was very easy to get a hold of there was an issue with the electric we didn’t have for one day because of the company but other than that this place was fantastic. highly recommend if you’re not looking for a fancy place to stay.

Honestly, the pictures are better than the actual. Several improvementsneed to be made with the electrical outlets and other little repairs.Temperature was set extremely cold and could not keep the temperatureat a comfortable range. It kept reverting to the cold setting.Good location. Close to everything and very quiet.Enjoyed the screened in porch!!!!!

Stay was ok didn't know the dryer was outside said there was a charcoal grill under carport so we stopped and got charcoal and food for on the grill to find no grill and to empty dehumidifier every 2 hours other than that the stay was nice would stay again and very close to the beach

We bought this property a couple years ago, fulfilling our goal of having a beach house. Somewhere that was private, quiet but yet close to the beach. Our children have enjoyed and continue to enjoy every bit of sunset beach and will continue for years to come. We hope you will enjoy our beach “cottage” as I call it!
