4TH FLOOR PENTHOUSE! This stunning top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the ULTIMATE for a family and friends beach trip located in the premier building in Dewey Beach. One block from the ocean and steps away from a beautiful bay beach. Plenty of outside living area on the outdoor veranda. Just walk down the steps to enjoy the outside pool. Amenities also include the indoor saltwater pool and fitness room.

This penthouse rental was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend. We were there for a wedding at the Hyatt and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited off season in early May and the condo was perfect. You can see the bay and the ocean from the shared expansive deck. The open floor plan was perfect for relaxing, eating, cooking, and playing games. We really enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace on cooler evenings. The bay beach is a great place to view fabulous sunsets. The ocean beach was a quick walk away. My doggo enjoyed both beaches and felt welcome at the nearby Lighthouse restaurant/bar. This rental was well equipped and the amenities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, full refrigerator, gas stove and a nice selection of utensils and pots and pans made us feel welcome.

Great location and amenities

Wonderful rental in Dewey Beach. On the bay and easy walk to ocean. Loved the walk out onto the shared patio with grill, fire table and easy access to pool. Game table was fun for kids.

What an amazing place!!! Gorgeous views from the bay to the ocean! Rooftop deck with access to a grill and fire pit. And the retro arcade game was a treat!! Recommend 1000%!!!

Fabulous condo

Best experience with vrbo hosts ever. All the little extras were a surprised and appreciated (shower gel, shampoo, tp,) Although i wish i had known, i wouldn't have packed those essentials. But for a two week stay, those extras were appreciated. Location of condo is the best. The bay outside your door, ocean a short walk across the street. Can't beat it.

Beautiful Spot

Perfect spot in Dewey. Quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to anything you need. Nice kitchen. Everything you need to feed the family or skip the mess and go out on the town. 10/10 would stay here again. My kiddos were thrilled. Had our doodle along and he was a happy puppy too. Place was clean, no dog hair and didn’t “smell like dog” such a benefit. I’m sometimes allergic to dander and had no issues.

Amazing Getaway!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo with our family of five, including three young children, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish!From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how bright and impeccably clean the condo was. It immediately felt welcoming and comfortable, which is so important when traveling with little ones. We truly felt at home and settled in with ease.One of the biggest highlights for us was the incredibly convenient pool access. It was a huge hit with our kids and made for many fun-filled afternoons. We also absolutely loved the open, shared patio, especially having access to the grill. It was perfect for enjoying meals outdoors and making the most of the beautiful surroundings.Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The condo provided the perfect base for our family vacation, offering comfort, cleanliness, and amenities that truly enhanced our trip. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

Clean, new and in the heart of Dewey

Although we didn't spend much time in the condo (we were in town for a wedding), we were very happy with this property. It was clean, brand new and walking distance to everything in Dewey. Check in was super easy and Ribbon was very helpful.

Solitude retreat.

We like to get away and this condo did just that for us. It was clean, had the amenities we needed/wanted. Any questions we had were answered by Robin, promptly. It was cozy and warm and I felt better, homier than some five-star hotels I've stayed in. Best views of the Bay but also having limited views of the ocean. This was our first trip to Dewey beach and wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. Oh, also rented a boat from Dewey Bay Marina, which is a block away and that was a great experience from the staff to the boat. Lucky for us, no one was on the water that day. Couldn't have had a more relaxing enjoyable stay.

Place was clean and exactly as described. Close to lots of food spot, bars, beach and shopping. Pools were great, and grills easy to access. Would stay here again!

Amazing!

We love Dewey Beach and have been coming for many years. We usually stay in one of the hotels, but given we were going to be in town for a few nights to celebrate our friends getting married, we wanted to do something different and stay someplace nicer. This condo far exceeded our expectations. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, it’s immaculately clean, and the building is beautiful. The owner is very responsive and the entire process was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!
