Just one block from the ocean and steps from the iconic Jolly Trolley, this retreat perfectly balances vintage coastal character with updated amenities. Spend your afternoons on the breezy, enclosed lanai, featuring a spacious seating area, a beverage fridge, and a Smart TV, the ultimate 'happy hour' hub. From the lanai, a covered breezeway leads to a private wing of the home. This section includes two bedrooms and a bathroom, all fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort. Please note: While the adjacent enclosed porch features vinyl-paneled windows to capture the natural coastal breeze, this specific seating area is not climate-controlled. The bright, single-level interior boasts a fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a dedicated countertop ice maker for your beach coolers. After a day in the surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower, gather for alfresco dining on the fenced patio, then soak in the private hot tub or enjoy starlight conversation around the fire pit. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. When we arrived we discovered that the heat pump was frozen solid. I notified Vacasa immediately. They sent a service rep immediately and he deemed the property unfit. We were immediately transferred to another property. Don bent over backwards to help move us after we already unpacked.It was very difficult getting any response from the owner after reaching out about access code to enter as well as notifying about the heat pump.

Springtime at the beach

The house is spacious, gracious, and welcoming. Well-equipped big kitchen made meals a breeze, and we loved how the separate living and conversation areas gave us space to be together or have quiet time apart. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms let us rest and relax. Short walk to the beach, and the extra beach chairs and bikes were great.

Cute cozy classic beach house

Great kitchen and common areas, perfect location. Very clean and offered all the supplies we needed. (Hot tub needed a clean, though) We were bummed about the late check in, early check out times. Would stay here again!

We love the house and think it's great. There are a lot of pleasant surprises (papertowels, dish soap, bathroom soap, trashbags, beach chairs, bikes, cleanliness, hairdryer, kitchen amenities). We would stay here again.

Beautiful place close to the beach and restaurants. Very well maintained .Hot tub and Landscaping around the house made it even more relaxing. Layout of the house and sunroom was perfect for our needs. Due to hurricanes in the Atlantic this week , the beach and high surf was difficult to enjoy although we did manage to get a beach walk in . My wife and dog really enjoyed your wonderful home. In addition we forgot our laptop and housekeeping at Vacasa located it and shipped it to us! Great customer service. Highly recommended and we will love to rent again in the future. Thank you for being pet friendly.

Beatiful home!

We loved the care of the owners have taken with the home. We loved its cleanliness and modern amenities. We loved it spaciousness- the big living Spaces in the outdoor patio in the front tech, and it felt bright. We loved the kitchen and the primary bathroom.
