Parking is available in the garage (2 vehicles) and driveway (2 vehicles). Additionally, guests can enjoy easy access to the Cartecay River for fishing and tubing, with rock steps leading down to the water.

You're just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Ellijay, where you'll find local shops, delicious restaurants, and seasonal events. Explore the local apple orchards, perfect for a fun day out with the kids (seasonal availability). For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, fishing and tubing on the Cartecay River are right at your doorstep. Downtown Blue Ridge is also within easy reach, approximately a 25-minute drive, offering even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options for the whole family.



Getting Around:

Cartecay River Retreat is located less 10 minutes to downtown Ellijay. The property is easily accessible with paved roads. No four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to get to the property. Downtown Blue Ridge is around 25 minutes from our property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Fishing is available in the backyard's GA certified trout stream. Easy access to the river is provided by rock steps. Enjoy convenient drop-off points for tubing and kayaking, allowing you to easily access and finish your river adventure right at the property. This property offers free parking and includes amenities like a hot tub, indoor fireplace, and a BBQ grill. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. There is no barrier between the home and the river's edge so please be cautious with children.
