Bienvenue à "River Daze" Situé dans la station de la rivière Coosawattee à Ellijay, en Géorgie.

"River Daze" est une belle maison en brique surplombant la rivière Coosawattee.

Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres et 2-1 / 2 salles de bains avec vue sur la rivière de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon.

Le Hugh projeté dans le pont surplombe la rivière Coosawattee avec «beaucoup de sièges» - Rockers, porche Swing, bancs, une table et des chaises.

Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur et autres appareils.

Une table à manger en bois peut accueillir 8 invités.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces, d'une cheminée à gaz, d'un canapé, d'une chaise surdimensionnée et de deux fauteuils inclinables. Il y a une vue sur la rivière depuis le salon.

La chambre principale est à l'étage principal. Il dispose d'un lit king size, d'un lit de jour pleine grandeur avec lit gigogne et d'une télévision murale à écran plat de 36 pouces.

La deuxième chambre est à l'étage avec un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces.

La troisième chambre est également à l'étage avec 1 lit Queen, 1 lit complet, et un lecteur DVD de 30 pouces à écran plat (films seulement).

Salle de bain complète à l'étage.

Terrasse couverte extérieure avec bain à remous face à la rivière.

We live in an area that is mostly flat, and while we expected mountain hills the drive in was a bit more curvy than we were expecting lol, especially at night. But we adjusted well! My boys loved seeing all of the deer so closely, enjoyed the river, campfire and hot tub. We did day trips to Amicalola Falls and Blue Ridge along with a full day of fly fishing. A great trip all in all!

Was so happy when i walked i to the main kitchen level and saw how beautiful it was. We used the basement only to carry stuff in. It smells so bad down there, could smell it up on main level with door closed, we were all sneezing due to allergies. Rest of house was really great. Absolutley Loved the setting with the heautiful view and sound of the river and privacy. Getting there from the front gate not so fun of a drive, yikes. We were in town for a wedding so were back and forth alot.

A piece of river front heaven

My family rented this home last year and we had a ball. We like the privacy of the dead end road with plenty of room for the family and SUV’s. We tubed, fished, mini golfed, enjoyed the jacuzzi and explored the area to see all the woodland creatures. My family and I love seeing all of the deer and how (almost) tame they are. Again, this was our second time staying in the home and we absolutely loved it. We can’t say enough good things about the home and the area

Family Getaway

This was the perfect location to have a long weekend with our adult children. We brought our own floats and tubed on the river. We found a park drop off about 5 minutes away (by the bridge) and had the best time. We enjoyed all of the amenities with the hot tub and fire pit. I would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

The perfect balance of country living with modern amenities. Even though it rained most of our week there we stayed busy in town and comfortable in the cabin. The lower level with air hockey and ping pong was clutch. Very sad to leave. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic!!

Such a great house! The property has everything to offer and much, much more! Housekeeping did a wonderful job making the home very inviting, the amenities are far more than expected. The river access and views make this property an "all in one". We would definitely stay here again and again!

Beautiful Surroundings!

A Wonderful retreat! The surrounding property offers so many activities on-site. From cooling down in the river, to swinging and enjoying sunset, the firepit, the deer, the geese, hot tub time, etc.! There is plenty to stay occupied directly on property. The house itself is a perfect mountain escape!
