Welcome to The Jasmine Suite, a delightful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom escape with a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living spaces. Conveniently located near top attractions, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 12, and there is no elevator access.



The Space:

This three bedroom two bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a seamless mix of comfort, charm, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The sunlit living room features plush seating and a Smart TV, creating a welcoming space to relax or gather with loved ones. A fully equipped kitchen and thoughtfully designed layout make it easy for families or groups to enjoy both shared moments and private downtime.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom third-floor unit sits within a charming three-story home that includes six private condos. It’s a perfect choice for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite. With inviting design and comfortable furnishings, the unit provides a peaceful home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures. Please note: there is no elevator in the building, so guests will need to use stairs to access the unit.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06550 and business license BL034115.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Really cute condo which met our needs for a girls’ weekend getaway. Parking is a little tricky but worked out fine. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was fantastic! Location was super. Beautiful updates throughout. The host was quick to respond. The only issue was parking - we could not find a safe way to park our car (small SUV) in our assigned spot. The neighborhood was quiet, quaint and walkable. Suited our needs perfectly!

We enjoyed our stay at the Jasmine Suite! The staircase getting to the suite is a bit narrow, but not a problem for us. It was easy to walk many places from the Jasmine & the surrounding neighborhood is very nice & safe. Alex was most helpful & very prompt in answering questions for us. We would stay here again on our next visit to Charleston!

The location and the suite were amazing. Do realize parking is tight and we could not use our spot but we’re given street parking pass. Our door code didn’t work but they were very responsive and got us a new code. Overall happy with the stay just bumpy in the beginning not being able to get in and no parking spot.
