And, it’s such a quiet, safe neighborhood, which is a huge deal for my family.The home itself is beautifully appointed and incredibly spacious. The kitchen is a dream, decked out with new appliances and high end finishes. We found it perfect for cooking and relaxing. It is perfectly clean and sanitized, and had thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and espresso. We also loved the private back patio, and off-street parking with complimentary Level-2 EV charging. Wonderful Foggy Bottom pied a terre

This apartment was perfect for our GWU graduation as a family base. Andrew was clear and allowed us to check in early. The apartment had EVERY amenity you can imagine and a lovely back yard. The beds are comfortable, great kitchen and Nespresso machine. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic location

My husband and I, and three grown children stayed for a week with a support dog. Great location - safe, well situated and lots of restaurants nearby. Walk to Georgetown. Everything you could need in the house. Nice decor, nice patio w/ onsite parking.

Location, location, location

My family and I spent four nights here on a sightseeing vacation. I can recommend this property without reservation. The property is extremely clean and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is safe and close to both the Mall and Georgetown. Whole foods and Metro both 3 blocks away. Highest praise: I would select this property again if I was in the District.

Fun in DC during the day - comfy beds at night.

Great location to tour all the memorials, Smithsonian’s & Georgetown. We walked for miles & were happy to return here for rest & relaxation. Comfortable beds, easy to use heat/ac & house music. Stocked with supplies/towels/coffee. We will book again when we return.

Outstanding!

We take an annual trip to DC each year and have stayed in several rentals. This is by far the best one. Andrew was an excellent host and this rental had all of the amenities needed for a great stay - coffee, spices, laundry detergent, all of the items one might need but doesn’t want to purchase for a short trip. Rental was clean and well maintained. Truly excellent! Thank you Andrew!

Perfect home away from home for family sightseeing trip. Very clean and comfortable accommodations on pretty, tree-lined street that is in great location for walking to sights and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable accommodations near Foggy Bottom made for a great "base" for graduation weekend. Location was great, beautiful street and dedicated parking spot made a chaotic weekend very manageable for the family.

Perfect Location for Exploring DC

The stay was just perfect: location was on a leafy quiet street but just a few blcks away from the hustle and bustle. Metro station was an easy walk and it was just the ideal base for a trip to DC. Superb amenities and decor (modern chic) and the property has loads of character. The little touches were so nice such as welcome music playing on the alexa when we arrived and plush hand soap throughout. Andrew was so accomodating and answered all questions so quickly and was always on hand. He was the perfect host. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to DC! Highly recommend this property

Great Location

Very modern, well appointed clean townhouse was perfect for our DC visit. It was close to the Metro station which allowed us to zip around and visit all the tourist sites with ease. It is also close to Whole Foods and several casual restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific location

The townhouse was perfect for a family stay for sightseeing. A short easy walk to the Foggy Bottom-GW metro stop with Whole Foods nearby, it was clean, great layout, well appointed with a very convenient parking spot. The owner was accessible for questions and get responsive with an organized, thoughtful set of online instructions and information for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Close to the metro and Georgetown. We took the Metro every day, then walked to dinner most nights. The house had everything we needed and more. Very clean. And the parking spot was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
