This Historic Washington home boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 3 twin beds. With 3 full bathrooms, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. The additional loft attic with a sofa bed is perfect for those who need to catch up on work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Additional kitchen accessories include: air fryer, crock pot, toaster, waffle maker, etc. The breakfast bar in the kitchen provides a convenient space to serve food or eat a quick meal.

Each living/common area has a Wi-Fi connected smart TV with HDMI connections that will allow you to plug in your own entertainment service. During the warmer months, the backyard is inviting and provides a large area for children to play. We are unable to accommodate animals at this time as our family members are allergic and asthmatic. No smoking ($500 fee) and no parties ($1,000 fee)

Public transportation is just steps from the home, metro rail within 1.5 miles. Multiple eateries, bars, convenience stores, city bikes, and coffee shops are nearby within walking distance. A short metro ride will take you to the museums and monuments that make this city the Nation’s treasure.
