Come and relax at your own beautiful gated private resort home! Home includes private swimming pool, waterfall, game room, billiard room, cement corn hole, BBQ, and much more. Activities include air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, basketball hoop, boxing equipment, Peleton bike and much more. Amenities include surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, charging stations, fast internet, table games, etc. In the country with trees and rolling hills but close to the beach, museums, shopping, restaurants, biking, hiking, horseback riding, surfing, and boating. Newly added
.whole house water filtration system with PH Alkaline water at kitchen sink. Newly added
.pool heater for swimming winter months (small fee applies) Small events may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested. We also have wood farm tables and chairs that may be used.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Home is clean and very comfortable. Slept well every night. Views are beautiful. Spent many peaceful afternoons reading by the pool. Would definitely like to return.

Great getaway!

Perfect home for families! Country feeling while still being near places you need (food) and places you want to visit. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great layout for being together or find your own space. We would stay again!

Beware of Double Bookings

I booked and paid the 3 night stay 6 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, I learned this home was double booked when I reached out to the host for check in information the day before my scheduled arrival. The host contacted me immediately and apologized explaining the home was occupied due to a booking on another platform. The host offered to find another available home (and they did provide a suggestion) however when I went to book the new home it was NOT available for my travel dates. When I reached back out to this property owner to clarify availability there was no reply. The host provided a refund however if they list their home on multiple platforms they should track bookings independent of software and notify renters of conflicts before the renter contacts them for check in information. This last minute cancellation resulted in a late night scurry for new accommodations for 6 adults. The rating reflects poor management and fair communication. I cannot rate home quality as I did not have an opportunity to stay at this property.

Sunset House - Beautifil!

Our family gathered at Sunset House for a fun and restful time together. Our age range was 15 - 80, but it is age-appropriate for younger children as well The house is in a rural area on a hill with a lovely view, and the house is gorgeous! Everything was just about as perfect as possible. It was beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished, had great sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms, lots of entertaining things for everyone, and was absolutely delightful. The pool and back yard are amazing—so much more relaxing and easier than heading to the beach! The owners were responsive to questions quickly, so kind and courteous. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough for a run to town, if you need anything.

This by far is the best experience we had staying in a vacation rental home. It was a perfect place for our friends/family annual reunion which consist of 8 adults and 5 children. The house is a splawling one story that has an open floor plan. Hosts are so gracious and quick to respond. The house has almost everything you can think of. We didn’t even bother to go anywhere for the weekend. All the amenities listed are on point. Central cooling was phenomenal. They thought of little details like..enough pool towels for all of us. Or fresh sheets on the pull out beds to name a few. The property is well maintained and it is called a sunset house for a reason. We’re always gifted with an spectacular sunset each night we stayed there. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing stay here with a large family group, including young kids. The house was perfectly clean and has amazing amenities with a wonderful pool, games room and putting green. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we were there. We had beautiful sunset views every night. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved staying here and would love to come back.

Great Property

The home is amazing. We had a group of 10. (4 adults and 6 kids) There was plenty of space and activities supplied by the host. Honestly the Home is even better than shown in the photos. The pool and game room were definitely a favorite of ours. We definitely would consider staying again next summer as well. It was about 25 minutes from the safari park and 40 minutes from Legoland so it was a great home base for our vacation
