Waterfront Cottage - Plage et le taux d'impuretés! Vues en eau libre!

Ce mignon, chalet décoré tropical, "Banana Cabana", a une belle vue sur l'eau et se trouve à environ 120 'de la plage de sable. Deux chambres de taille égale, chacune avec lits queen, plus un canapé-lit dans le salon, font de ce chalet pratique et très abordable pour un maximum de six personnes. Il y a une cuisine joliment équipée et 1 salle de bain avec douche. Un petit porche est idéal pour profiter du coucher de soleil. WIFI inclus. Nous sommes animaux de compagnie (sans frais).

Notre propriété, à MM 99 sur le golfe, est en plein coeur de Key Largo, à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques. Le terrain clôturé comprend 3 autres maisons de location, plus un petit port de plaisance, ce qui permet d'amarrer un bateau ici sans frais supplémentaires. Une jetée de pêche, des tiki, des hamacs, des tables de pique-nique, des barbecues, ainsi qu'un assortiment toujours intéressant d'autres clients et locataires ajoutent au charme décontracté du «Keysey». Nous sommes à proximité du parc John Pennekamp, ​​nager avec des programmes de dauphins, de nombreux restaurants, la flotte de pêche sportive, et plus encore. Aussi un endroit idéal pour un coucher de soleil mariage romantique!

En prime, les propriétaires vivent à proximité, et il y a du personnel sur place pour vous assurer que vos vacances se passe bien et vous laisser nos clés paradis avec beaucoup de merveilleux souvenirs.

Great property

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach. There were other families staying at the property, but never felt crowded. Good selection of local restaurants and grocery stores and lots of wildlife to see.

Excellent Beach Area

Amazing access to the water. We saw a bunch of aquatic life including manatees, spiny lobster, jelly fish, star fish. A lot of area to relax and enjoy.

Great location and view. Property had some ants and was a tight squeeze for 6 but we made do. Would return but probably will get the larger cabana

Perfect Spot in the Keys

The property was just as described in the listing. It was the perfect size for us and had great amenities. The beach access was comvenient, the waterfront was well maintained and the kids enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards. This was just a 1-night stopover, but I would definitely stay there again if traveling through Key Largo with my family.

Family vacation

The resort is secluded and beautiful. We brought our family pets and found it a definite positive that we didnt have to leave the resort to enjoy beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. When we dis go to beaches or parks everything was close by.

Perfect!!

This was the most perfect property! We are not typically beach people but we really enjoyed the private beach access and spent much more time on the beach than planned. The house was clean and the location was perfect. The staff was also wonderful and accommodating. We are already planning a return trip in 2025. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sunsets are so magical

This was our first family trip. We loved all the amenities this place had. My boys loved fishing early in the morning and in the evening everyday. The sunsets each night were so beautiful and magical. The staff was very friendly and accommodating if we had questions or needed anything.

Tight quarters

The location of the Banana Cabana bungalow is very good with some views of the water. The interior of the cabana is very tight (almost like staying on a boat) and very little space to put anything down (bathroom very tight with not even a shelf to place anything on)Also of the 4 full days we stayed there 3 of them the maintenance people spend about 2 hours in the morning to blow leaves (very few leaves indeed) with a noisy blower (IMHU they were under contract to show up and do something no matter if needed :))

Our family LOVED this property! The grounds were perfect (Stanley the grounds keeper was meticulous and very kind). The cabana was small, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). We used the living room as a bedroom. We spent all of our time out doors. I don’t think we even turned the TVs on. We have never stayed at the same location twice but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

dream boat cottage in key largo

The property is beautiful, right on the water with many trees. There are kayaks and paddle boards available to use easily at any time. There are hammocks and comfortable lounge chairs under tiki huts for shade, and table and chairs as well. The outside area is really lovely. The Banana Cabana cottage was comfortable, though small. One to the 2 bedrooms had a mattress that sunk down in the middle. The other was fine. My main complaint is the cleanliness. The place needs a deep cleaning and even an update on some of the furnishings that are beyond cleaning: the kitchen chairs and the table and chairs outside that are rusted. We had to wash dishes and utensils before using them as they were greasy to the touch. We got used to this but it shouldn't have been necessary. Overall we had a lovely, relaxing time. The host provided plenty of information about restaurants and things to do in the area, and again the whole property is quite lovely.

Beach was nice, cabana not so much

The property and beachfront are beautiful and as advertised. The beach is clean and well maintained. My wife really enjoyed kayaking in the bay and I was able to meditate on the beach once. The hammocks were a fun addition. My wife enjoyed interacting with the little black and white cat that arrived every morning for a bit of breakfast. But the cabana was a disappointment. The Banana Cabana wasn't in the best condition and definitely not worth the nightly rate we paid. The construction showed cheap workmanship. The floor plan was awkward and I would be shocked if 6 people could be comfortable there. The cabinets were low quality with the vinyl covering separating from the MDF bases, The mattresses were uncomfortable and things looked worn and tired. It really needed a set of SHARP cooking knives and a can opener that actually worked. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequately stocked. We never could get the wifi to connect to our phones and tablets, even after asking for help twice. On two separate occasions, other guests were unable to keep their personal noise level down as late as 3 am, but that wasn't the resort's fault. I mentioned both incidents to Sabrina, the manager, and she indicated she agreed this was not appropriate but we checked out that day so we don't know if anything was done. I think Dream Bay is a lovely property and the owners try really hard to make it look beautiful. Just wish they would spend a little more time on the inside of their cottages.

I'm very sorry you felt Banana Cabana wasn't up to your standards. I will certainly address these complaints. The WIFI was fixed. It seemed that something placed in the closet detached the cable that fed the modem, so I sent a tech in who fixed it, but that may have been the day you were leaving. I apologize for the noisy guests next door. We always address noise complaints. Again, I'm very sorry and will work to improve the issues you mentioned.

Beautiful View, indoors not so much

Property was breathtaking. Indoors not so much. Staff was great, very friendly, helpful. Rooms were very small, beds were horrible, fridge was tiny, old, and froze food. Ants in bathroom and all over stove and counter in kitchen. Dressers were out of date and no hangers in what we thought was a closet? Definitely not worth anything close to what we paid for the stay. Nice property but would not recommend

A quiet, low key, relaxing Paradise!

My BFF and I take a trip every year together, we were looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation but not at your typical busy resort. This property was perfect for us!! We had beautiful beach and dock access with very few other people around, but we were close to shops. restaurants and stores. We could go to night life at local bars and then be in our peace and quiet back at the house. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Kayaks and paddle boards and lots of great lounge areas on and around the beach/water. We will visit again!!

Great view, good price, needs some tlc

The view is awesome. Loved the kayaks and manatees. Bryan was great and was always there to help. Very caring. The unit inside could have been cleaned better - dishes, fridge, pans were dirty, dust bunnies under the bed. It looked like they have been trying to renovate. Loved the beach! Very relaxing.

Beautiful sunsets

When we booked this we did so because wanted something secluded due to COVID. The property did just that! It is very private, quiet, clean and right on the water. In fact the last night there we had the entire place to ourselves! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night and fishing off the pier. My only complaint is the Banna Cabanna cottage it extremely small! The bedrooms barely fit a bed with no night stands. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky! There is only 1 bathroom and it’s also small. I knew it was going to be small and figured we weren’t inside much anyways and luckily we had beautiful weather so were outside all the time except to sleep. Nice place to get away from it all but if we stayed again I would definitely get a different cottage!
