The condo was clean and spacious. My kids loved it and it was big enough for our party of 4 adults and 3 children 6 and under!

Great location to the beautiful beach ! Very clean , kitchen fully stocked - very nice condo - only negative for me was the loud train and extremely loud train horn starting around 4am , continuing all day and into the night . (Tracks less then a block away )

Great location to beach and center of town. The lobby staff were very accommodating. The kitchen could be better supplied , things were less than expected. Screens to sliders were broken when we arrived. Otherwise space and size worked great.

Awesome

The condo was great. Location can’t be beat. One of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed in. Lots of beach toys/ chairs/ etc. Owner was great with communications. This was a really great place overall.

Family Spring Break

Prime location on the beach. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, activities. 3 bedrooms with a variety of sleeping accommodations to meet the needs of a large family or multi family vacation. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and basic supplies. Spacious kitchen/living room. Great hosts. We're already looking to return.

Great family vacation

Stayed here with my parents, my husband, and our 3 kids. Easy check-in and parking, the front desk staff at the property were very helpful and the host was prompt to answer questions. The location was perfect and had a ton to do for the kids (ages 4, 2, 2) between the beach, pool, pier, and rides at Palace Playland. The only downfall with the location was that it led to a lot of noise at night, including the train that ran until 3 AM most nights. Otherwise, was great for our family. We had a blast!

Very nice condo

Very happy with stay. Just two minor issues. I had to put drain cleaner in master sink, shower curtains had pink mold at bottom.

Overall great

Overall our stay was great. We have traveled OOB several times and always stay at the Grand Victorian. The condo is in a great location near all the action, clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space. The only reason I give it a four star is because there were some items on the kitchen that needed to be replaced. Likely just normal wear and tear but needs to be addressed. We bought a stock pot large enough to cook several lobsters at a time which was not there. We ended up just leaving it for the next guests. The blender was broken and every time we used the coffee pot it overflowed. The fridge filter also needed to be replaced. Like I said we really like the condo but needs a little maintenance in the kitchen.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo is so close to everything! The beach is a 3 minute walk, if that! The shops are just outside the door. The playland is also right there, just bring lots of money! The condo is beautiful and spacious! Wonderful, wonderful week with my whole family!

Family trip

Most of the family had never been to Maine. My wife and I decided to take the family to Maine in celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. We weren’t disappointed. We had a great time. Condo was very nice. It was close to ocean and stores/restaurants.

June 2022 Stay

Our family had a great time at Old Orchard Beach. The condo was everything as advertised and check in was easy. In fact, the condo manager called as we arrived at the airport to check in with us. The condo manager was extremely helpful and really enjoyed talking with him. Condo was in good shape. No complaints. Was close to the action on the strip so a little loud at night. Didn't bother us sleeping though. Was our first time in Maine and absolutely loved it. OOB was a great central location.

Graduation Weekend

This property was a perfect place to spend my graduation weekend in Maine with my family. Perfect for large groups, very clean, very spacious, and a wonderful host with amazing hospitality. We would stay again and highly recommend!
