Luxury Ocean View Condo in the Heart of it All

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo. 3 bedroom, sleeps eight. Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen size bed with door to deck. Master bath has a beautiful glass steam shower. 2nd bath has new double open concept shower with rainforest shower heads. 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Posture Pedic queen size bed. 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed.

Living room has a charming queen size sleeper looking right at ocean. Washer Dryer in Unit. 65 Inch Flat Screen TV with cable and internet. Kitchen is complete with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster oven, blender, and Keurig coffee maker.

Sip mimosas off our private balcony while starring at the most beautiful sunrises in Maine. Spend relaxing afternoons swimming in the heated pool or hanging on the beach.

Enjoy shopping at one of our charming boutiques or dinner and a drink at the Myst. For those with children, enjoy quiet private evenings while your kids are playing safely across the street at Palace Playland. Or enjoy walking only a few footsteps from the ocean to your lovely beachfront condo.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We were very close to the shops and the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing-a great place to watch the sun rise and the moon rise. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!

The Grand Vic was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, very clean and great view of the beach. This area was perfect for families. You could walk around to the shops, the amusement park was next to us, and Old Orchard Beach had fireworks on the beach.

Excellent for any getaway

Everything from check in to departure was fantastic! Location was right in the middle of everything you could want to do in OOB and a 15 minute ride to Portland. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Condo was clean as could be and staff went above and beyond.

Great location and ideal layout

Little things could be spruced up: balcony furniture broken and rusted -- bleeding onto decking; screens torn in places. Condo was spacious for young adults and elders which made for a perfect trip. We enjoyed unit and location and will be back.

Old Orchard Beach Vacation

The Property Manager, Ryan was super helpful. He went above and beyond to the point of texting me the morning we checked in to let us know our condo was ready earlier than 4pm. Our condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps away from the beach, downtown, shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely rent here again!

Great time, fantastic location.

Property was everything we expected and more. Lots of room and a great kitchen so we didn't have to spend a lot on dinners. Hannaford grocery store is only 20 minutes away. Beach is awesome and water wasn't cold as I thought it would be. I highly recommend vacationing here. Rick A

Condo on Old Orchard Beach

This was a great place to vacation. The condo was decorated with a beach theme and was very clean. 6 of us stayed there comfortably. The same group of women have rented vacation homes in the Outer Banks and on the cape and this one was by far the best. Well stocked, comfortable, had a nice kitchen and the building manager was always reachable to answer any and all questions. Looking forward to going back.

Very nice condo by the Pier

It was a great stay, great location, easy checkin and out. Clean updated unit except bathrooms could have been cleaned better including all facets and drains in the shower floors. A full length mirror would have been a nice addition.

Family vacation

We all had the most amazing time. The condo was beautiful and we had all we needed. The only problem we had was the TV in the living room was confusing. But all in all it was the best vacation we've had in a very long time and would love to come back again in the future.
