Come enjoy this bright, fully equipped 2/2 with a open floor plan and fenced private yard. Property is located at the end of the street with plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for a more central location 5 min to Vero’s best beach, shopping, and downtown art district and restaurants. Check out my other Rock Ridge listings. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hand sanitizer, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.

Nice property on a quiet street close to everything! Check in was quick and easy, the house was clean and nicely appointed. Slept well and enjoyed the space. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Very nice stay

I really enjoyed me stay at this property. It was quiet and clean. Having my morning coffee on the back patio was serene. I would recommend this place to anyone. especially friends and family. Vero Beach is a very nice town. I think it’s the best town in Florida. When I return for another visit I will try to book this property again. Well done David!

Excellent affordable option

This is a very convenient location for groceries and restaurants on the mainland, short drive across the bridge to beaches and facilities on the island. We found the property clean very quiet and most affordable.

Rock Ridge II

Property was nice. Well furnished and clean. Was incorrectly listed as a 3 bedroom when we booked. Owner had made some changes to the listing and the description got messed up. We were able to make the 2 bedrooms work since it was only a 2 day stay. The owner was kind enough to issue a partial refund and corrected the listing immediately.

Absolutely Amazing

The house was in a great location for the price especially- the beach was about a 5-10 minute drive with every store you could imagine in a close proximity (but not taking away from the charm of the area). The house was super cozy and very clean as well as stocked with everything you need and more! The host is very nice and welcoming and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Just a nice area, nice house, nice host, and nice price altogether. :)

Great location, always super clean and host is easy to get a hold of.

We have stayed with this host at multiple locations and both are very lean, well located, a reasonably priced. We hope that we can book each year with this host!

Listing not accurate, host unfriendly

This property was listed with a hot tub and a spa bath. Neither was present. While the home was clean, it appeared as if the cleaning crew didn't finish restocking. There were no paper towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bags in the trash cans. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. We found what we needed after searching in the garage. The host was unfriendly and minimally communicative. Would not rent again.
