Je suis l'Ă©lu! La marche CONCH vers la plage et Times Square

PropriĂ©tĂ© au bord de l'eau situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de la plage au coeur de Ft. Myers Beach Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de l'Ăźle d'Estero. Cette unitĂ© d'une chambre / une salle de bain est dans un emplacement tropical parfait. TrĂšs privĂ© et totalement rĂ©novĂ©. À seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plus belle plage de sable. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture de location, car vous ĂȘtes assez proche pour aller Ă  pied Ă  la plage et Ă  tous les restaurants, boutiques et vie nocturne tout en profitant de notre quartier calme. L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e et dispose d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a un systĂšme de chariot sur la plage que vous pouvez monter et descendre sur l'Ăźle de 7 mile. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez un taxi, ils sont situĂ©s au bout de notre rue. DĂ©pĂȘchez-vous de louer rapidement. Animaux acceptĂ©s Nous sommes Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de notre SUNNY Beach. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage locale est juste en face de nous. 1/2 mile de la place oĂč se trouve la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche locale. Attrapez le chariot au bout de la rue. Quartier calme situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les Ft. Attractions de Myers Beach. Vous avez tout! Vous n'avez pas besoin de vous asseoir au Taxi au bout de la rue. À pied des restaurants, de la plage. Il y a un parcours de golf exĂ©cutif de 18 prises situĂ© Ă  Ft. Myers Beach Ă  seulement un trajet en tramway Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de l'Ăźle. DĂ©pĂȘchez-vous, vous serez déçu. # 19-0866

Good Vacation

Ann and Tom are very nice people. Their home is very well kept and lacks for nothing. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The free tram covers quite a bit of the strip also.

Location Location Location

I had a fantastic stay at the Polermo Cir. location. It was clean and organized. Ann and Tom were very kind people and I felt ensured that it was safe and secure place to stay. There was a good working BBQ grill and the kitchen amenities were satisfactory for the amount of time I was going to be spending in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and town square.

Great location!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Very private and quiet. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the covered porch looking out to the canal. Our trip was a mother, daughter get away and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome stay

This property was perfect for us and our 1 year old dog. The property owners Ann and Tom were so gracious. All the amenities were provided inside and out including beach gear. Coffee in the morning on the back patio was so peaceful and inviting. The ‘very’ short walk to the beach and city center was perfect. We look forward to visiting this property again.

Perfect Location

Great location, you can walk to just about everything. The beach is a block away, great restaurants within a short walk, awesome covered patio, dog friendly, lovely owners! You can't go wrong!

Relaxing getaway

We had a great getaway at this rental. My wife and I needed some time to recharge and we found it here. We relaxed outside and enjoyed views of the water in the canal and all of the birds. The beach and the square were just a short walk and numerous restaurants were all within walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car.

Nice little Getaway

Great condo that is close to everything. Only about 5 minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay there again. Tom and Ann answered all of our questions. Had a great time !!!!

Wonderful location for beach going

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Property has everything you need and the owners let you borrow beach chairs, etc. 5 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants and activities!

Perfect setting for 2 and perfect location!

Ann was wonderful to work with! We would definitely rent again from her if we return to Fort Myers Beach. The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, and 7-11 convenience store. Beach chairs, laundry, cooler, grill are all provided as well.

Stayed a few nights and really enjoyed the experience.

The property is spotless clean and the location is fantastic for walking to both the beach and Times Square. The owners, Tom and Annie, are super helpful and have everything needed like beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and beach cart. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to be close to town.

Awesome gem

Property was awesome. Anne and Tom are a delight and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Walking, you can get to multiple restaurants in seconds and to the pier in about 2 minutes. The house had everything you need and then some. Very quiet and inviting. Cant wait to return.

Just Perfect!

We loved staying at Fort Meyers Beach! The apartment was great, loved sitting on the patio watching the activity on the canal. We walked everywhere, to the beach, restaurants at night & shopping. There’s a 7-11 on the corner great for small items. The owners, Annie & Tom were wonderful, there for anything we might need & advice as to where to eat! Fantastic, perfect week!!!

Amazing location

We spent Christmas and New Year's here. I would highly recommend this place as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and at the same time very quiet and private. The patio facing the canal is really amazing. Annie and Tom are great hosts.
