2. 5 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 6 personnes, 1300 SQF, ascenseur, climatisation, plein sud sur une zone piétonne.

Cet appartement refait Ă  neuf de 1300 pieds carrĂ©s est dans un bĂątiment moderne Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du musĂ©e d'art moderne (Centre Pompidou), Ă  un Ă©tage Ă©levĂ©, plein sud. Toutes les fenĂȘtres sont Ă  double vitrage et la preuve de son (bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de bruit sur cette zone piĂ©tonne pour commencer!).

2 chambres avec lits king size, plus un grand canapé-lit offrent un hébergement pour 6 personnes.

L'endroit a été refait entiÚrement par un architecte.

Il dispose d'un ascenseur et un penthouse de 1000 pieds carrés avec un barbecue, chaises longues, tables, fleurs etc etc ....

Un état du systÚme de conditionnement d'air de l'art a été installé pour l'été et il y a un chauffage central pour l'hiver.

Internet WiFi est fourni avec une vitesse de 30 Mo; il y a plus de 200 chaßnes de télévision disponibles sur une télévision nouvelle UHD de la marque, avec l'accÚs à Amazon Prime films et séries, y compris Netflix. Un systÚme sonore est disponible dans le salon.

La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un four micro-ondes, un grill, un four, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un congĂ©lateur, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge pour les vĂȘtements, un fer Ă  repasser et une machine Ă  cafĂ© expresso, en plus de la machine goutte-Ă -cafĂ©.

Dans le salon, il y a une grande table oĂč vous pouvez accueillir au moins 6 personnes et un balcon ainsi.

Il y a deux salles de bains et des toilettes séparées.

Dans la salle de bains principale, il y a une grande douche, un bain Ă  bulles et un grand Ă©vier avec rangement en dessous.

Marcelo was a great host and apartment was a very nice space for 2 couples, and the outside deck on the top floor was wonderful. Great restaurants close by as well as walking distance to many famous Paris historic sites.

Our host was amazing! He made everything easy, was hands on for arranging transportation and suggestions for a great stay and experience. The deck was a bonus for outside enjoyment after a long day enjoying Paris. It was perfect for us four adults. We appreciated our time here !!

This apartment was perfectly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5. It is located within easy walking distance of Paris attractions such as the Louvre museum, and the shopping and restaurant options are endless. Marcello was a great host - he met us near the apartment and was super helpful getting us into the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. The location is right in the heart of the heart of the Marais. Marcello, the host, was a dream to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The unit was immaculate. After a day of touring, it was so nice to come back to the unit and enjoy the terrace with wine and snacks. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely reserve this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to spend time in Paris.

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are steps away. It is within a 2 or 10-minute walk of several lines of the Metro providing easy access to sights and monuments. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Large bedroom has limited privacy but was not an issue for our group. Ample kitchen supplies with Nespresso machine, which was all we needed to get our day started. The owner, Marcello, was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. Enhanced our 5-night stay in Paris.

The apartment was perfect for our three sisters trip. The beds were super comfortable, our host was most accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the roof top garden every night. And the location was amazing with markets and restaurants nearby and all serving delicious food. The experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this lovely property.

Just stayed at Marcello’s place for 5 nights and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I was impressed by Marcello’s attention to details - there were guide books to read, recommendations, a binder with directions, umbrellas, laundry soap, and even adapters for our phones! My husband and I stayed with our two adult children, and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms so that we all had our own space. Thanks to Marcello’s for being a great host!

Marcello was a great host. He was friendly, informative, and detail-oriented. We had a walk-thru on the rental and were given information about the neighborhood. The location was great for walking around even late at night; lots of restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets. It's also walking distance to various attractions with metro station at the corner. Marcello is great- easy to communicate with. We really liked the unit. It is modern and the outdoor area is a bonus. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. There are screens to make the bedroom seem private, but there is no door. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if 2 couples need lots of privacy, one will be a little disappointed. Even still, I recommend the home and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment for our Thanksgiving in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and it had everything we needed while we were there. Marcello was a fantastic host, and he went out of the way to help us book a car to and from the airport to his apartment in the city center. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and how to get around. There was a great binder with recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores that we utilized several times over our week as well. He made up the couch after our arrival in the upstairs loft for our daughter, and we were able to have separate sleeping arrangements for our family of four, which was fantastic. The beds were all comfortable, too!The apartment is in a fantastic location to access the city, and we were able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and many other great locations, and it had easy access to the metro as well. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around early in the morning and in the evening as well, and there were great boulangeries close by for breakfast and many great cafes and restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris!

We found the property to be in a fabulous location!! Mere steps to the Metro and fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was clean and the interior design was eclectic. Marcello was a very responsive host and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants.
