2. 5 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 6 personnes, 1300 SQF, ascenseur, climatisation, plein sud sur une zone piétonne.

Cet appartement refait à neuf de 1300 pieds carrés est dans un bâtiment moderne à côté du musée d'art moderne (Centre Pompidou), à un étage élevé, plein sud. Toutes les fenêtres sont à double vitrage et la preuve de son (bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de bruit sur cette zone piétonne pour commencer!).

2 chambres avec lits king size, plus un grand canapé-lit offrent un hébergement pour 6 personnes.

L'endroit a été refait entièrement par un architecte.

Il dispose d'un ascenseur et un penthouse de 1000 pieds carrés avec un barbecue, chaises longues, tables, fleurs etc etc ....

Un état du système de conditionnement d'air de l'art a été installé pour l'été et il y a un chauffage central pour l'hiver.

Internet WiFi est fourni avec une vitesse de 30 Mo; il y a plus de 200 chaînes de télévision disponibles sur une télévision nouvelle UHD de la marque, avec l'accès à Amazon Prime films et séries, y compris Netflix. Un système sonore est disponible dans le salon.

La cuisine est équipée d'un four micro-ondes, un grill, un four, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge / sèche-linge pour les vêtements, un fer à repasser et une machine à café expresso, en plus de la machine goutte-à-café.

Dans le salon, il y a une grande table où vous pouvez accueillir au moins 6 personnes et un balcon ainsi.

Il y a deux salles de bains et des toilettes séparées.

Dans la salle de bains principale, il y a une grande douche, un bain à bulles et un grand évier avec rangement en dessous.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment! Marcello was super easy to work with and he made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, right at Centre Pompidou. We loved having wine on the beautiful rooftop patio at the end of the evening once it cooled down a bit. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is as the photos show, except that the outside patio is even better than it appears - it is large, comfortable, beautifully landscaped and private. Our host, Marcello was present to greet us and show us the features of the apartment. He remained accessible throughout our stay. The location is very central and convenient, but the apartment itself is quite quiet.

This was the perfect apartment for my family. Marcello was an amazing host who answered every question we had and provided such an easy experience. The location was perfect. We were able to easily hop on the metro or walk to so many places. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful spring weather.

Outstanding apartment with a wonderful host! It is, at the same time, in the center of Paris and a calm oasis with a spectacular rooftop garden that feels like countryside. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped for our multigenerational family of 6, with two full and one half baths, two bedrooms and a comfy sleeper sofa for the grandkids. Communication could not have been better and Marcello was the perfect host. All in all a great place to stay in Paris. We will be back!

Marcelo was a great host and apartment was a very nice space for 2 couples, and the outside deck on the top floor was wonderful. Great restaurants close by as well as walking distance to many famous Paris historic sites.

The property was in a great location and very clean however the primary bedroom did not offer any privacy and the en-suite had no lock. It was difficult to fall asleep with guests in the loft. The bed was super comfortable but the towels and limited lighting in the bathrooms and rooms were disappointing. Marcello was very nice and communication was great.

Sometimes it’s speechless what people dare to write especially when you compare to their behavior at the house . The review is not surprising as this guest was already complaining prior to her arrival but also very dishonest as all pictures showed Japanese curtains in the master bedroom and the second bedroom is totally separated and closed. Additionally , We had to carefully collect multiple bags of garbage as she didin’t follow the rules about recycling and we had to wear protective gloves or appropriate equipment, trying to avoid injuries. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and disruption to the cleaning as we had a guest arrival in the afternoon. I don’t mention the blood stain on the cover bedsheet and the lack of communication. I dropped off new towels which she hasn’t used and don’t even say a thank you. As unbelievable as it seems she has allowed herself to break my lock and get into my private belongings just for a roll of kitchen tissue …… Not at all a trustworthy person !

This apartment was perfectly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5. It is located within easy walking distance of Paris attractions such as the Louvre museum, and the shopping and restaurant options are endless. Marcello was a great host - he met us near the apartment and was super helpful getting us into the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation.

Well - took my son to Paris for Spring break. Spectacular accommodations (mom booked it). Main floor has a bedroom and master sleeping room - not completely walled off but private and very luxurious. My bed (master) was a king (or bigger) and was very comfortable. Spacious and luxurious bathroom - tub & separate shower. I assume son’s bedroom/bed was comfortable. Definitely not a small bedroom and it had a separate bathroom. Kitchen was first rate and stylishly appointed. The upstairs provided a separate living area and outdoor entertainment space. We really didn’t use it much because we were in town but, like the rest of the apartment it had great style and appeared comfortable. Definitely coming back! Oh - almost forgot - the owner, Marcello, was fantastic to work with and he helped us with a number of local venues.

Marcello reached out prior to arrange a comfortable Mercedes van to pick us up at CDG. Jett lagged from California there’s nothing better than someone greeting us ( we are a small family husband, wife with our 12 yr) Marcelo met us at apartment helped hook up all IPads, cell phones and work computers instantly. Gave us a tour of apartment showed us everything and how to operate tv, blinds ect. Let me say LOCATION LOCATION PETFECTION! And the quietest place we have ever stayed ever & we travel internationally as well as state side often . Auto blinds from the loft and by kitchen balcony are well just a dreamy way to open the sunlight into the apartment. The high ceilings in the bedroom under the loft with the blackout shades are wonderful. The apartment is as described the bedroom downstairs is below the loft area and although not private meaning not in enclosed so you hear each other works well with a family or close friends ect. The one bedroom downstairs with a closed door and en-suite bathroom is great for anyone that needs to be tucked away with privacy. My sister joined us and stayed in the loft upstairs so she had her own toilet and would use shower in the private bedroom/bathroom. The patio is SPECTACULAR!! . What an incredible neighborhood with so many bakeries, markets if your cooking & restaurants. Easy walk to Louve and with so many historical locations close to walk with a youth. Highly recommended & trust me I’m quite particular. Thank you Marcello !!!!

The apartment was perfect for our three sisters trip. The beds were super comfortable, our host was most accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the roof top garden every night. And the location was amazing with markets and restaurants nearby and all serving delicious food. The experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this lovely property.
