2. 5 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 6 personnes, 1300 SQF, ascenseur, climatisation, plein sud sur une zone piétonne.

Cet appartement refait à neuf de 1300 pieds carrés est dans un bâtiment moderne à côté du musée d'art moderne (Centre Pompidou), à un étage élevé, plein sud. Toutes les fenêtres sont à double vitrage et la preuve de son (bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de bruit sur cette zone piétonne pour commencer!).

2 chambres avec lits king size, plus un grand canapé-lit offrent un hébergement pour 6 personnes.

L'endroit a été refait entièrement par un architecte.

Il dispose d'un ascenseur et un penthouse de 1000 pieds carrés avec un barbecue, chaises longues, tables, fleurs etc etc ....

Un état du système de conditionnement d'air de l'art a été installé pour l'été et il y a un chauffage central pour l'hiver.

Internet WiFi est fourni avec une vitesse de 30 Mo; il y a plus de 200 chaînes de télévision disponibles sur une télévision nouvelle UHD de la marque, avec l'accès à Amazon Prime films et séries, y compris Netflix. Un système sonore est disponible dans le salon.

La cuisine est équipée d'un four micro-ondes, un grill, un four, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge / sèche-linge pour les vêtements, un fer à repasser et une machine à café expresso, en plus de la machine goutte-à-café.

Dans le salon, il y a une grande table où vous pouvez accueillir au moins 6 personnes et un balcon ainsi.

Il y a deux salles de bains et des toilettes séparées.

Dans la salle de bains principale, il y a une grande douche, un bain à bulles et un grand évier avec rangement en dessous.

Marcello was amazing and thought of everything! The appartment is very clean and decorated tastefully. The terrace is a wonder: greenery everywhere, right in the center of Paris and yet so quiet. We stayed 4 wonderful nights with my wife and two teenagers. I would definitely book again and highly recommend!

This place was amazing. Exactly what we needed when exploring Paris. Marcello went above and beyond or expectations. Not only did he meet us there and walk us through the apartment, he also coordinated our transportation from the airport to his place and also to Disneyland and the from Disney back to the airport. It took so much stress away and allowed me to enjoy our trip. He is the ultimate host!

Marcelo’s penthouse was great overall. The place has a great rooftop to enjoy. The only one thing we didn’t realize was that the primary/master suite is only blocked from the kitchen and only other bedroom by sheer sliding curtain like wall treatments. So it’s not fully private with a wall and door. It’s something we wish we knew as it was hard to figure out who gets that space for different reasons, ie. Sound and privacy. With that being said, it was just my friend and I visiting Paris and we had a great stay and the location is top notch prime A in the Marais.

It was a pleasure to open my apartment to you, and I am delighted to hear that you made the most of it—particularly the air conditioning during the hot wave, the outdoor space (which is unique in Paris), the fact that each bedroom is private as they’re set in different spaces of the house with its own bathroom and toilets and the extraordinary natural light provided by the property's layout. You wouldn’t say you’re in the heart of the city of lights ! You’re welcome back anytime !

This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment—the location cannot be beat, the air conditioning works well and the apartment is spacious enough for our family of four to spread out comfortably. The cherry on top is that Marcello is a very kind and welcoming host who truly ensures that your stay in Paris in his apartment goes smoothly. Now that we have stayed here three times we feel like this is our Parisian home away from home! Merci, Marcello!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment! Marcello was super easy to work with and he made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, right at Centre Pompidou. We loved having wine on the beautiful rooftop patio at the end of the evening once it cooled down a bit. We would definitely stay here again!

Location for us was excellent. Host was very gracious and accommodating. The only negatives were the linens (sheets, towels). The sheets were sub-par and all the towels were rough and not very quality. They appeared to be hand-dried and were very rough. The primary bedroom was the converted living space with a see through curtain between the bedroom and the kitchen and dining area.

Nonetheless, I can't let you say the towels and linens were poor quality as they are washed and dryied with the highest standards. Comfort is a priority to me as you have experienced during your last july visit with all the best and expensive materials at my property. Regarding the primary bedroom I respect your point but it's not a converted space otherwise it wouldn't be a master bedroom with a huge bedroom attached. Also, it's clearly specified on the listing and all my guest love it to compare to the brightness and vibe that comes with the space .

Marcello was amazing to work with during our stay. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect as there are many places to eat and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre and even the Eiffel Tower. Marcello arranged a taxi for an early flight upon departure. We would stay here again.

Marcello was a fabulous host. He was extremely responsive to messages, helped us coordinate a last minute reservation including very late night check-in and out due to our flight schedule, and truly went above and beyond, literally meeting us at our taxi and helping us carry our heavy luggage to the building (building is in a pedestrian area so cars cannot come right up to the building). He was there to help every step of the way. Apartment is thoughtfully stocked with things you might need like Paris guidebooks, umbrellas, and all the appliances and kitchenware you could need. Location is great - very central and yet the apartment itself is set on a quiet courtyard - despite all the action when we stepped out to the street, in the apartment it was silent and we were able to sleep with our windows open and not hear a thing. The rooftop deck was a special highlight of this apartment. Recommend!

The apartment is as the photos show, except that the outside patio is even better than it appears - it is large, comfortable, beautifully landscaped and private. Our host, Marcello was present to greet us and show us the features of the apartment. He remained accessible throughout our stay. The location is very central and convenient, but the apartment itself is quite quiet.

This was the perfect apartment for my family. Marcello was an amazing host who answered every question we had and provided such an easy experience. The location was perfect. Outstanding apartment with a wonderful host! It is, at the same time, in the center of Paris and a calm oasis with a spectacular rooftop garden that feels like countryside. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped for our multigenerational family of 6, with two full and one half baths, two bedrooms and a comfy sleeper sofa for the grandkids. Communication could not have been better and Marcello was the perfect host. All in all a great place to stay in Paris. We will be back!

This apartment was perfectly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5. It is located within easy walking distance of Paris attractions such as the Louvre museum, and the shopping and restaurant options are endless. Marcello was a great host - he met us near the apartment and was super helpful getting us into the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation.
