Beach Happy at Elis Apartments Unit 3

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for a small group. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. This is a studio apartment with1 a full bathroom you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and small groups. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!
We are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nigh time. There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our customers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large studio with kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollar eating in. With this studio and 1 full bathroom, you'll have all the space you need.
The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is $25 fee per pet per night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will completely be refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillow cases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.
