Great location and clean condo. Had bunk beds for kids which was nice but the listing was 2 twin beds and no bunk so we packed an air mattress we didn't need. Air conditioner was stuck on 62 and the TV in the bedroom didn't work and needs to be replaced. At the end of the day I would stay again.

The condo was in a perfect location and just a short walk to the beach. We have two young boys and it was perfect for our family of four. The balcony was nice to relax on in the evenings and it was close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable! We had everything we needed!

Great location

Very laid back spot, simple and functional. Loved being on the ground floor and near everything. Oceanside was lovely and the owner was very easy to get in touch with!

Get place great host ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was very close to the beach and easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the window ac made the place nice and cool once you let it run for a little bit. The owner is by far the best I've ever dealt with. Great communication, allowed us to check in a little bit early 😀 and adressed any needs or concerns we had (we didnt have many). We had a rain day and the luckily we finally had a place with a tv bigger than 20" (I'm pretty sure its about 50" or 60" and not something most people care about when gping to the beach but on a rain day it matters). The only single negative I can say is the walls needed dusted really badly (that's the cleaning company's fault not the owner) and the bathroom could use some more light. Other than that the place is 5 stars a good budget and I look forward to staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect location

Cleaning crew could step it up. Very nice owner to deal with. We had an issue that he took care of immediately. The only issue I personally had was the lighting in the bathroom. Very dim. I used the mirror in the living area to get ready. Would also recommend a full length mirror. I cannot thank the owner enough for his kindness. We will definitely rent again. I’d like to know if this particular owner has larger units for my entire family.

Lazy is Accurate

I booked this property for myself and my daughter based on the good reviews. I don't know how he has any. This place was DISGUSTING. If you book, bring bleach! We missed the first night of our vacation because I had to disinfect the bathroom and kitchen. I wish I could post photos. Mold in the air conditioner which left both of us sick after coming home, hair and mold in the bathtub and bathroom, and PUBIC HAIR on the toilet lid, along with some mystery "goo". Inches of dust caked on everything (even the walls, seriously, I wish I could post photos). After Justin refunded my cleaning fee, I contacted VRBO who gave me an additional refund when they saw the photos. He made petty arguments and was terrible to deal with once he knew he had no way to defend himself to VRBO on the condition of the condo. Maybe this was once a nice listing and he's mismanaged it into the ground, who knows. Imagine being on vacation and having to sleep on the couch for a week because after spending your first night there cleaning, you wake up and there's chunks of dust that blew off the fan and is all over your comforter and in your hair. Horrible experience and he honestly shouldn't be able to rent this place out. And if anyone is wondering if it was really that bad, I would LOVE to send photos, just tell me where to send them. Something is really off with these good reviews, they don't depict the experience you'll have there. There are way too many condos in OC, this place is just unhygienic.

Location to the beach was perfect, place was exactly and a I thought it would be, no surprises. If I have one constructive issue, the floor in the kitchen area was very sticking and also the entire place was never swept or vacuumed. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Location was perfect. We had a wonderful time. The locks on the doors were extremely difficult to use. The AC was nice and cold, and all the neighbors were very friendly.

Awesome Property

Great location with walking distance to the beach and local attractions near by. Property manager was great with communication throughout and had the rental ready before check in. Great all around experience and rental. We would definitely rent again for our family vacation!

The condo was a cute place had everything in it that we needed just perfect for me and my husband the location to the beach was just a couple of minutes away and walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would definitely go back
