Club La Costa Condo in Phase 1. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor - 2 sets of stairs you have to walk up. Please see photos as a reference.
Restaurant’s, bars and shopping are within a one block walk to the Plaza de Pescador mall. Then cross the street and you have access to the public beach. Leaving the Villa it’s a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sands in San Jose del Cabo.
This 1 bedroom /1 bathroom corner unit is waiting for you. Beautiful paintings cover this gorgeous condo. New kitchen and bath will accommodate your needs. Large patio overlooks the manicured Golf Course and you will have afternoon sun until it sets as you lounge on the oversized. furniture and view the beautiful sky. Roll down sunshades are there if you choose to sit in the shade.

Colleen and Alex were very good hosts. They were quick to reply to any emails. The property was conveniently located, between le comer and old town. Nice seating on the patio. Unfortunately the neighbors dogs (3) were loud and that made it noisy.

Peaceful balcony views, watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The property was very quiet. So nice to wake up to the birds in the mornings and enjoy the evenings on the balcony. Beautiful pools which were also quiet, only a handful of people during the day. We had the the pools to ourselves in the evening for couple of times we decided to go for an evening swim. Well kept property grounds. Easy walk to shops and a couple of restaurants 5 minutes away and a 30 minute walk to downtown/Centro. We didn't have a car, and we didn't miss having one. We walked or ubered everywhere and felt completely safe. We made our own happy hour snacks/drinks and cooked dinners at the condo. La Comer grocery store was a 10-15 walk away. Thank you Coleen and Matt!

Great location and excellent host!

We stayed 11 nights and had a wonderful experience. The host and property manager were responsive to our questions and needs. We enjoyed spending time on the private, corner balcony watching the golfers play through below us. The location was excellent for accessing the beach, old town and grocery store. The condo is functional and, while basic, had everything we needed. We really appreciated the quiet air conditioning unit and comfy bed! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Annual Christmas & New Years trip

We come to Cabo every year for Christmas and New Years but this year we decided to stay off our regular resort and it was a fantastic choice. Coleen was attentive to every question and quick to apologize for issues out of her control. None of the issues hindered our experience in the condo or the area. We ate breakfast at the taqueria by Live Spa where you can get an amazing Mayan massage. We had dinner at Fish & Grill, Latino 8 at the end of the street. Went on a fishing/adventure trip with Tuna Action (Arch, snorkel, whales, dolphins, rays, first fish caught) took our fish to Lateral (behind La Comer) where they prepared some amazing fish tacos bonus was the live band. Of course we hit The Bar up the street for some football. We spent NYE on the beach at Mamma Mia's then watched the fireworks from the patio. If you are there on a Thursday the Art Walk downtown is a must and if sports are your thing Shooters has a great sunset view or if farm to table is more your style Agave is fantastic (local smoked oysters). Across the street is Baja Brewery or The Garage on the square are also good places. If you uber to Cabo Europea is a nice outdoor place Cabo Wabo is a must do. The condo was in a perfect location to all the activities we did and will be a return trip for sure. If you are thinking about booking this condo do not wait!

This condo is on the 3rd floor of the complex so you must be able to do stairs to access. The balcony off this condo was spacious, clean and had a very nice view of the golf course. We used it a lot. The queen bed was very comfortable and gave us great sleeps. Lots of closet and drawer storage for clothes. The bathroom is very small. The property manager, Alex is so nice & helpful and lives in the complex. He's the best!Anyone staying here needs to be aware that there are 3 barking dogs at a residence next to the La Costa complex and they are noisy.

GUARANTEED RETURN

We have promised ourselves that this condo is the perfect location for a future extended stay. All of the activities, including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores were within walking distance; no car required. The owner was extremely helpful with our booking, check-in, and even inquired during our stay about how we were enjoying the condo. It was neat and tidy and very well appointed for our needs. The owner also arranged for pickup and return to the airport. A 2023 return is on our guaranteed list!

We had a wonderful time here and found this condo to be very well equipped with good quality dishes, pots & pans appliances etc. Alex, the property manager was absolutely fabulous. Any questions, comments, issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. The owner, Coleen was also very responsive and displayed a genuine concern that we were enjoying our stay and that all was as it should be. The only one small point of which potential visitors should be aware is the fact that this is a 3rd floor unit. Access is via two fairly long outside sets of stairs. Climbing those stairs, particularly if you're carrying something can be a bit of a work out. If climbing stairs is an issue, renters need to be aware of this. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and were completely happy.

We are renting the downstairs unit out and keeping the upstairs unit private for us.
