The property is in an amazing area. You can walk to grocery stores or restaurants.It is very calm and quiet, and the pool water temperature is perfect. You can take walks on the beach, and you feel safe and comfortable.

We loved the location of this property. It is right on the beach. There are really good restaurants--tacos, seafood, and coffee within comfortable walking distance. Grocery stores are just as close. The host is very accommodating and gracious. The local condo owners and guests were very friendly and welcoming. From the beach, we saw whales rays breaching the surface. Relaxing, safe neighborhood.

Fantastic one bedroom bungalow for me and my wife. We loved it. Clean and well stocked and ground floor access to the pool side. Very safe. The complex is secure and everyone makes you feel welcome … it’s a community of like minded people there to relax and make everyone feel at home. A real “gem”. I wish I found this place years ago.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. The value was great and location even better. A little small and dated but in the end that did not matter as the complex the people the location the cleanliness was all above expectations. I really hope we can go back. Carly is a great host and very responsive.

Great property and location. Walkable to several restaurants and a beautiful grocery store. The condo had everything we needed - even kitchen basics. Beautiful pool and we were even treated to a fabulous concert by one of the other homeowners.

Steps to the beach, stunning view!

We loved everything about Carly's condo. Because the view is so impressive looking directly out to the beach and the sea we didn't feel the need to rush off to the beach right away. Enjoying breakfast on the patio you felt like you were directly on the beach. Inside is well equipped + very clean. Carly had everything taken care of you could think of right down to a six pack of cold Cerveza! Loved it so much we booked for next year while we were there. Can't go wrong staying at Viva, best location in Los Cabos!
