Lovely and Bright One Bedroom 700 Sq Foot Condo ready for your next vacation!

My name is Sarah and I am a chef and a culinary teacher in Northern CA. This little Gem is my baby and well loved. Fully stocked kitchen equipped with new appliances and ready for you to cook your favorite meal, or blend your margarita! You can walk to our adorable historic town of San Jose where there are many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, etc. The beach is near (note it is not swimmable) but the surf break Zippers is a 5 minute drive as well as some local public swimmable beaches Palmilla and Playita. No car needed although nice if you want to explore the area. Uber is very reliable and there are loads of cafes within a short walk. This is the perfect home away from home, clean, and a nice quiet place to relax poolside or come home to after a day exploring the area. There is a king bed which can be turned to twins when pushed together. We can set it up however you like just let us know in advance so we can prepare them. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room for a third guest. We are max 3 guests no pets. There is plenty of street parking or we can request a spot in our lot in advance. Please send me your car information to reserve an onsite spot. There is 24 hour security and the grounds are well landscaped. This is a quiet complex, our unit has very few stairs but it overlooks the pool and has air conditioning. Feel free to use anything you find in the cabinets as well as coolers, beach chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and floaties as well as yoga mats. Sorry NO PETS any under circumstances are allowed here. Also no loud parties, this is a quiet complex with mostly retired expats and local professionals. There is a stackable washer and dryer and a dry rack as well. We have 2 large water jugs and you can refill at Water World a 5 min drive around the corner . Please conserve power and turn off ac when you leave and be mindful of water use. I hope you love our little slice of heaven as much as we do !
