Take in the spectacular views of Crescent Beach from your balcony. This up-to-date one bedroom one bath condo is on the second of four floors in one of our most requested rental complexes. This is a pet friendly vacation rental. There are plenty of amenities included to make your condo stay feel more like home. We have a stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, televisions, WiFi, Ironing Board, and more.

From your room, you’re less than 100 steps to the ocean, with the pool in between. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar white sand on your way back into your condo rental.
Lookout to the ocean while swimming in the biggest oceanfront pool on Crescent Beach. This one bedroom condo has a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, and private oceanfront balcony. Coffee at sunrise, dolphins on the horizon, squadrons of pelicans swooping in for fish….this is why you come to the beach.
Popular local surf spot, great restaurants within walking distance, convenience store just across the street, surf station, beach police station. Boat ramp & bait shop also close by. Free Wi-Fi during your stay!

There is onsite laundry facilities, ice dispensers, soda and snack machines. Large parking lot with free parking! Elevators to assist in getting all that luggage up to your room.

The ocean view from the balcony was great and only steps to the beach! The furniture seemed to have been recently replaced and was clean and nice. Great size for 2 or 3 people.

Fabulous accommodations and a great host. The condo was meticulously clean and the location is close enough to the old city, but far enough away to enjoy the pace and quite of the beach. Perfect for a get away for two people.

Room was nice. There were several blips but we survived. Location good. Beach access awesome. Pet friendly great. The inside of the room was a little dated. Air conditioning in bedroom didn’t blow cold air for 3 days. Until my husband figured it out. TV in bedroom doesn’t work unless light switch is on. Nobody told us that. The keypad to sign in isn’t lit up so at dark be prepared to have a light. The hair dryer provided has a short in it. You have to hold the cord a certain way to use. (Dangerous)These were my issues only. Nice to watch the beautiful view of the ocean. And watch turtles in the dunes.

Thanks for your review. We are glad that you thought the property was nice. The a/c issue we explained to you was the GFI; it was the only issue with the a/c. We also advised against switching outlets for the TV. The views are great, as you indicated in your review, and we are happy that you were able to watch and enjoy them!
