By far one of the best views/ buildings in brickell. Panoramic view of the whole brickell city center and river view from the harbor to downtown is stunning, you can see boats crossing the city directly beneath you. Balcony is huge with a sexy firepit in the middle, Floor to ceiling windows in every room and huge balcony for the family with day bed, bar table. Walking distance from the brickell city center mall, bars, and Mini mart makes this a prime location. Amenities include heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, game room, snack machine

Simplesmente excelente

Nossa estadia foi Ăłtima, o apto Ă© maravilhoso, consegue ser ainda melhor que as fotos do anĂșncio. O contato com o administrador Ă© Ăłtimo, tive um problema com uma persiana e, em questĂŁo de 2h estava resolvido. A localização Ă© muito boa, ainda tem um pequeno mercado dentro do condomĂ­nio para uma necessidade pontual. Agora o maior diferencial estĂĄ nos “mimos” deixados como shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, fio dental. Perfeito!! Uma sugestĂŁo seria apenas aumentar a quantidade de pratos, talheres, artigos de cozinha, precisavamos lavar entre uma refeição e outra pra utilizar. Com a mais absoluta certeza voltaremos e jĂĄ estamos indicando para amigos!!!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We had absolutely no issues and communication was very responsive, quick, and seamless. We will be staying with them again in the near future!

Absolutely stunning.

Looking for a place to stay, look no further. This place was breathtaking and Elvis is one of best hosts I've booked with. There will be a next time, Elvis is my guy. Excellent customer service and was willing to provide all details I needed when asked. I will be back. Thank you so much Elvis.

Spectacular Condo - views are stunning

The condo was so beautiful, very clean, everything you need is there. The building is located very close to many fun places that are within walking distance. The view far exceeds your expectations. The fire pit on the balcony only worked for one night of our stay but I am sure the propane will be refilled for the next guests. Beds were comfy and the views in the bedrooms are also phenomenal. Bathrooms are modern and clean and lots of extras are provided for your convenience. The valet parking situation can be a bit annoying and time consuming but everything else is so great it's easy to overlook the hassle. Lots of places nearby that deliver and also a small convenient store within walking distance. Beautiful condo and Elvis is very responsive and 10 out 10 on communication level and check in and check out process. You will not be sorry that stayed here.

Caring Host, Amazing Views.

Photos cannot fully convey the breathtaking views of Miami from this property. The balcony is vast and it’s sweeping design provides many angles of inspiration. We were so happy with our perch, we lost interest in our planned daily excursions. Order takeout or grocery delivery from Publix and chill “On Top of the World.” The open design and.sweeping layout of the condo provides a “box-suite” view from every living space. Whether you’re dining at the table, checking emails in the office, or streaming a movie from the sofa, you’ll have an energizing view of metro Miami that just may become your “vice.” Elvis cares. He was always available and he proactively reached out to us to during our stay to make sure we were happy. Everything was comfy and cozy. From the sofa to the beds all the furniture felt fresh and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. All necessities were provided; there was even laundry detergent. Welcome snacks and bottled water kept us provisioned until our Publix order arrived (rush delivery was available from 350 S. Miami Blvd. which put the order at our door within 90 minutes
.and the deli wings were very good). Great host, great views, great stay
. we’ll be back!

I enjoyed my stay. The views are incredible. It’s an easy Uber to wherever you need to go. I highly recommend staying at this property.
