IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➀ We provide 12 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.

➀ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids` playground, and lounge. Please, make yourself at home!

➀ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.

Brickell is the city`s financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf `n` turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.

Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation.

The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station.

You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.

➀ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.

➀ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.

➀ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.

➀ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➀ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.

1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee.

2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.

3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee.

Host is very responsive to any questions you send their way. House is clean and the view is amazing. This space was great for my family of 6 adults and a toddler.

Nearly perfect....nearly. 9/10

The best part of booking this property, was the communication with the owners... TOP TIER.. quick response every single time. **Kudos**. The property includes SPECTACULAR views!! And while the property was sufficient for our party of 7 to stay a night prior to a cruise, there were a couple of cons that kept it from being perfect..1) The unloading (luggage) process was a huge headache, as there was no room our large passenger van to park, and the attendants in the half-circle drive were adamant that we could not park and unload, not even momentarily. We ended up park on the street a block over and walking our luggage down the street to the room.2) As for the unit itself, the primary bed (mattress) is in desperate need of an update, as it slept like a wooden plank. Overall, the cons were minimal, and the unit was great for what we needed. So I would highly recommend the unit, especially the highly professional property owners.
