This home is a perfect rental. This was our second time staying. They have everything you need. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and the view is the cherry on top. Beautiful in the winter. Really responsive and attentive hosts.

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend getaway. I was skeptical that we were gonna get the view that’s in the pictures of the listing, but it was exactly as pictured. Tammi answered any questions prior to booking. The house was the perfect size for us 5 women and very clean.

Lovely trip to the river.

Had a wonderful stay here. The house was very nice and clean. I was able to get my boat in the driveway and went fishing a few times. Mom loved the front windows of the house and the tremendous view of the river - and she loves watching the freighters.Will consider booking a longer stay next year!

Fantastic Stay

This was our second visit to Graber's Getaway and again we had a wonderful time. The home is spotless and had everything we could need. Watching all the ships was fun. I highly recommend staying here!

Dance mom/daughter getaway

We were in town for a dance competition. Had 3 mom and 3 daughters. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. Enjoyed watching the fisherman and boats cruise by. Tammi was so helpful from the time we made the reservation til check in.

Wonderful Weekend

We had such a nice weekend. The home is beautiful and spotless, and everything is there that you could possibly need. The best part was seeing the ships go by - even in the winter. We will definitely stay here again, but next time we’ll stay longer!

Lovely spot for a getaway

Great opportunity to view the passing Great Lakes freighters, as well as watch the birds gather on the river. This house is well set up, and has all those little extras that makes a stay easier. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, comfy afghans in the living room, ziplock bags in case you need those
 just very thoughtfully outfitted. We enjoyed the local area too - Marine City is fun to poke around in.

An A+ Property and Experience!

Graber's Getaway was everything it promised to be! A splendid, exceptionally clean property with comfortable beds and all the amenities of home. The snacks, coffee and can "koozies" were a delightful and thoughtful touch. The view of the river (catch the sun rise!) and neighboring Canada from the comfort of a plush chair, while having morning coffee, was the epitome of relaxation. And the freighter traffic was an experience not to be missed: totally amazing! Thank you Tammi for sharing your wonderful home: wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Stay!

The host of this property provided everything we needed, even thoughtful details like binoculars to watch the water traffic and flashlights in each nightstand. We enjoyed playing the board games which were provided, watching freighters, strolling on the neighborhood walking/biking path, and going to the nearby beach. I had some trouble with VRBO; this trip never showed up in my account, but the host made everything work seamlessly.

Great View

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. The view of the river and watching the freighters go by was spectacular. The house was very clean, well stocked and Tammi was very responsive on my questions before we booked. My only comment for those towing a boat, backing in the driveway was doable but tight. You might check that out if you are bringing a boat. Having said that we would stay here again.

Excellent and well kept vacation rental!

We stayed here for a week and the listing was everything advertised. Clean, well maintained home with all the basics supplied to make it feel like you never left your own home. Owner was very professional and not over-communicative. If you're looking for a vacation rental you won't be disappointed.

This property was a 10 out of 10. If you want to relax and regroup this home is perfect. My husband and I enjoyed the modern beautifully decorated home. The view. The view. I had to say it twice it was everything. The rain clouds dispersed and we had a starry night wirh a water view. Magnificent. This location will be on repeat.
