S'IL VOUS PLAÎT AUCUN DIMANCHE CHECK IN! Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter du lac St. Clair! Tout d'abord, les jouets! Nous avons un bateau ponton de 13 passagers, des jet-skis (promesse 1, généralement 2). Nous avons également ajouté un quai flottant pour les jetskis. Deux kayaks de 10 pieds et un canot sont là pour votre plaisir.(Notez que vous devez avoir un permis de sécurité pour motomarine pour conduire le bateau et le jet-ski - pas difficile à obtenir, mais une exigence du Michigan ou de votre état) Suivant - Beaucoup de stationnement - une rareté sur l'eau. Accueillez facilement 8 véhicules ou remorques. Troisièmement, sur l'eau - 2 puits de bateau et 55 'de digue à amarrer. Il y a 2 lancements de bateaux à moins de 2 miles de distance - Decker; s Landing et le site Fair Haven DNR.
La maison est de 2000 pieds carrés et dispose de nombreuses mises à jour récentes - gicleurs, nouvelle grande cuisine entièrement équipée en granit avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable noir. Cuisine entièrement équipée signifie, un mélangeur performant pour faire vos smoothies, un Keurig pour votre café, chocolat chaud et thé, avec une mijoteuse, une friteuse double, un gaufrier de style hôtelier, un robot culinaire, un mélangeur d'aide à la cuisine, un grille-pain et un inox casseroles et poêles en acier. Nouveaux planchers de bois franc, buanderie hors cuisine avec nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Central Air, un pont, un foyer et un barbecue, un fumoir et une friteuse à dinde avec électricité à l'eau. Les chambres sont les suivantes, Master Bdrm a vue sur le lac et 1 lit king, 2e Bdrm a 1 lit queen et 1 canapé convertible, 3e lit Bdrm 1 et 4e lit Bdrm 2 lits superposés - 1 lit double et 3 lits jumeaux. 13 personnes sans utiliser le salon ou le sol!
Toutes les chambres ont un écran plat de 40 "et un écran plat de 55" 4k dans le salon. Internet et câble. Magnifique coucher de soleil sur l'eau et baignade au bout de la rue ou derrière la maison. Un endroit idéal pour la PÊCHE-perche / brochet / doré / truite / saumon / bar et esturgeon! De plus, si vous avez vos propres bateaux et n'avez pas besoin de nos embarcations, le tarif en saison est de 300 $ / nuit. tarif hors saison 200 $ / nuit.

We have stayed at this home for the past 5 years. We enjoy time on the water with the pontoon boat and jet skis. We also bring our own boat and tube. We also do a lot of fishing as well. There is plenty of space inside and out for yard games and meals together etc. Mark and Joyce are gracious hosts. They do everything possible to make our stay delightful and relaxing.

Great Property to Hang Out and Fish

Great location right by the water to boat out onto the lake for fishing. Plenty of space for large groups (ours was 8). Several nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We have a great time here! We have been renting lakefront cottages for about 12 years and this one is the best. We have come to this cottage for four years and hope to return. Mark and Joyce are prompt in communicating with us and put great effort into making our stay awesome!

Great family vacation.

Great place to stay on the water. Everything you need for a fun family vacation. As a grandpa of several teenagers the jet skis keep the kids entertained, allowing me to take advantage of the outstanding fishing. Although the check in process is a little long Mark and Joyce are great hosts taking the time to make sure everyone was comfortable operating the equipment. Already looking foward to next year. Mark and his wife are first rate. Great people who care about their property, the happiness of their guests, and will do anything to make you stay memorable. Weekend getaway

Even though we were there for only a weekend, Mark and Joyce, the managers, went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable time. From the local restaurant suggestions to making sure the “ water toys” were in good running order.

Hi, we're Mark and Joyce McLennan. This home was our residence for 9 years and we lived here and raised our 6 children. We never lived in a prettier place. We currently reside in Shelby Township and know the house.

This bay is one of the finest fishing spots on Lake St. Clair. St. John's marsh is an excellent place to canoe and view the birds, mammals, and amphibians of the wetlands Also, it's far enough away from the city that you avoid watercraft congestion and insanity on the water. Water quality is excellent in the area. Most water front property lack parking-we have plenty! Restaurants abound and Canada is about 7 miles away. by ferry.

The sunsets over the water are spectacular!! Sand bottom lake is great for swimming. If you're into fishing or water sports you will be in paradise. Never run out of things to see as you can literally circle the globe by water from our home.
