Discover Atlanta from our humble, cozy townhouse apartment that offers both comfort and value. Youâll be at the heart of the city with <10 min drive to major attractions like Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center & the Aquarium.

Spread out and relax across the full 1,000 sq ft apartment with two queen bedrooms. Our place, though budget-friendly, doesn't compromise on essential amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and our place has free off-street parking and laundry facilities (parking & laundry are shared with the other unit in the duplex home).
The living area is a spacious open floor plan with a skylight to highlight the foosball table and bring together friends and family of all ages in friendly competition. We provide starter toiletries (usually sufficient for the entire stay), towels, linens, and even share our personal local favorites for a unique Atlanta experience. We have an iron and ironing board, and the WiFi is very fast.

Nearby, venture into the vibrant Lee and White District, a hub of fine dining, a distillery, and craft breweries, just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby grocery stores, DollarTree and a CVS make daily needs easily accessible.
Transport is hassle-free with MARTA public transit train station just 4 blocks away, running to the airport, Mercedes Benz stadium, GWCC and downtown.
Our area is very urban, and it feels like it! It is safe and quiet, and there are both remodeled homes and ones in need of a little love nearby. We love the neighborhood and have lived here for the past 5 years. Typical to any urban area, we donât recommend leaving valuables in your car, and maintaining general street smarts.
