Features a modern kitchen, luxurious walk-in shower and a charming front porch. Surrounded by pecan and oak trees, walking distance to parks, dining, and shopping. Close to Houston Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston and Houston.

I am a local Realtor for past 28 years and am in town periodically, however I travel quite a bit. I welcome interaction with my guests however can be invisible if need be. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out.

This is part of historic Old Town League City which is nestled amongst old pecan orchards and magnificent oak trees. Centrally located and so convenient to many attractions, bars and restaurants in the area. Nice quiet residential area

Nice stay

Cute bungalow in modest neighborhood with all items working. A 3x5 card with WiFi and Password would have been helpful at check-in. David wa very reappointed to all our questions.

Nice lady and would definitely post her again however technologically challenged. There were small issues at the very beginning with processing her credit card it was some sort of bank issue we use property management software and communicate very well through that medium and are always available by text or phone call as well all of the check-in information and Wi-Fi information was provided to her she never checked her VRBO message portal for that information. There's no need to put a card out when all of that information is already available in the listing on VRBO once you have paid your booking fee and it's also available through our messaging.

Bungalow in League City

I enjoy staying here every time. Quiet neighborhood, charming bungalow, and walking and driving distance to Main St. Bistro and surrounding restaurants. His bungalow feels like home every time I visit League City. David is such a blessing and great person. He is always there if you need him. I definitely appreciate and recommend him.

We had such an amazing stay! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The house was easy to find, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The space was also perfect for our doggies—they were comfortable and had plenty of room to relax, which made our stay even more enjoyable. David was incredibly responsive with communication and was very helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly, and welcoming stay, and we look forward to coming back in the future!

This is such a cool neighborhood. It is walkable to several restaurants and shops and quiet. It is centrally located to everything I need on a daily basis. Friendly neighbors and lots of trees and wildlife.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home was a train depot building and was built in the early 1930's. We discovered a ticket window in one of the walls and a regsitry book in the attic that shows the receipts for the manifest that was on trains that passed through Webster between 1933 and 1942. It is truly a charming place.
