Get ready to relax in this tranquil 1 BR/1 BA Tiny Cozy Home located separately behind the main home, fully fenced and gated for privacy, providing you with everything you need and more.

Guests can enjoy amenities like outdoor features: Pool & Hot Tub, 60-inch Smart TV, Fridge, and plenty of outside seating. Inside: Queen bed in the BR & Futon sleeping sofa provided for extra sleeping space in the living room, WiFi, AC, W/D, and designated workspace. Close driving distance to Hobby Airport, an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Centrally located between Downtown Houston, Kemah Boardwalk, & Galveston Island with fast & easy access to everything, including Beltway 8, Hwy 225, 45 & 610 fwy.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
~Looking to book your next pool party or event by the pool? DM for pricing. Reservation does not include parties or events.

~Only the guest on the reservation will be allowed in the pool. Guests outside the reservation will need to pay to have access to the pool/hot tub.

~Pool Hours: 9am-10pm during the week and weekends till 11:30pm

~Hot Tub can be heated for your pleasure for $50 a night.

The host was AMAZING. The Vrbo/Space was great for what I was needing it for. It looked exactly like the photos and provided all the amenities that was listed in the posts. My family had a BLASTS!!! I had my toddlers over for a visit and they loved every part of the backyard and pool. 10/10 will most likely book again :)

Cozy home away from home

I work offshore so it’s not economical for me to rent a home to only be in it 6 days a month. So places like this one are perfect to just relax and unwind.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—perfect size, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Lovely private place

This listing was clean, had all amenities and even extras (laundry soap, shower soap, Qtips), located in a quiet area.Close to highways to go downtown, around town, and down to Galveston.Veronica was wonderful. Enough contact to ensure we had everything we needed, and to provide suggestions for things to do, places to eat.

The stay was perfect! Veronica was an excellent host! The poorhouse was so modern and clean and smelled so good. The pool was nice and relaxing. Everything was already ready for my guests: all I had to do was put up decorations for my son’s 8th birthday party. Veronica communicated with me the entire time and was accessible and variable during my stay. I will definitely book again. The yard and pool area was decorated so nicely. I love it! Honeymoon

When we had looked at this stay originally, there wasn't anything in pictures or the description stating that it was in their backyard. We were looking for something private for our honeymoon, and this seemed like the best option. However, when we arrived, we were very confused because the house we saw had looked way bigger than what was shown on the listing. Only to then find out, that it was around back. After we had gotten settled in, we checked the listing to see if it had changed, and it did. They added the pictures and description after we had arrived. All that being said, the stay was nice. The place was clean, and they never felt like they were bothering us at all. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us as quick as possible. We just felt like that could've been stated before we had booked it.

Best tiny home

Even tho it was small it was so cute and comfortable and Ms. Veronica is the best host ever!!! I will be back I will be recommending friends and family. It does sleep on 3 tho 2 in the bed futon in the living room. Pool is big and beautiful with a Jacuzzi and a play set outside for the kiddos it's even a TV outside OMG that's place is beautiful especially when I just want peace. That places give u a peace of mind away from life and other bs i give a rating of 20 out of 10 lol
