Located next to Carlin Park with wonderful health walking trail, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Every consideration has been taken to insure your stay is perfect. All household staples supplied and beach gear.
Everything a traveler could need, fully stocked kitchen drip coffee pot and kuerig. All small appliances blender, toaster, hair dryer, and iron. All linens and towels, and beach gear (including beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and cooler. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms, qtips, and cotton balls. King bed in master with 55 inch flat screen tv, guest bedroom with two queen beds and 42 inch flat screen tv. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen. Dining for 6 in main room. Outdoor seating on wonderful balcony with wonderful views of waterfall on island and looking east at sunrise and moon rise. You are also steps away from the main heated pool and spa. Also steps away from the on site restaurant Twisted Tuna, Portabella Italain Restaurant, and the club with live music Double Roads. Across the street from the Dive Bar, walking distance to the Theater both movie and live theater and the beach. The perfect getaway a true resort atmosphere. Come Fall in Love with Jupiter!! We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. So I please ask you to respect our requirement and do not bring an animal. Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to check in earlier and we can accommodate you the fee is $20 per hour. The same for late check out and we must know in advance and the fee must be paid when you request.Balcony work is being done on this property it is scheduled for August to November. Since the actual dates are still fluid I am not blocking the calendar I own 2 other condos in this complex so I can move you or I will provide you with a full refund if you choose not to come when that date arrives. We provide 2 sets of keys each has one for the pool and one for the door. We charge $200 if you do not return the keys so please return them.
