Enjoy this beautifully decorated townhome in the heart of Avalon. This includes a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the grocery store. The two master bedroom suites upstairs make this condo a comfortable retreat to come home to. The first master suite offers a Breathtaking Oceanview and has sliding doors to a step-out private balcony with chairs and a table. The second master suite offers a full bath and a small, step-out private balcony.

The view of the harbor from the primary bedroom is fabulous. Had our morning coffee there and loved watching the sun rise!The condo is spacious and located close to the grocery store and 5 minute walk to all the restaurants/harbor. What a great few days of vacation - truly a get-away!

Christmas in Avalon

The stay was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Amazing location and easy to walk. I’m looking forward to coming here for future Christmas’s!

Avalon not very big but everything was an easy walk. Property was in very good condition. Very comfortable place to spend a few days on vacation.

Great place to stay in Avalon

The place has everything you need, great location walking distance from the ferry, and 1 block from a grocery store. Just be aware that it's on a hill, so a bit of a hike, and the place doesn't have AC. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Perfect for the family

Great house to stay at in Avalon. Close to the market , beach and boardwalk. The kitchen and dining rooming is great for making dinners at home . The views are great from the balcony. Being that it is on just a little bit if the hillsides it has a nice breeze. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Avalon

My adult children and I stayed at this beautiful condo. So close to everything and far more spacious than the pictures show. We cooked dinner a couple of nights with everything we needed in the kitchen. View from master is lovely. We will definitely come back!

Husband 60th birthday trip

The home is beautiful. It is very comfortable and the view from the bedroom is really nice. Instead of eating out, we enjoyed a steak dinner on the grill and stayed at the house. The grocery store is a block away and we got everything we wanted. The house is on a hill and there are stairs. We just burned out our dessert we had in town. I would recommend a stay at this place. Good communication with host and we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to everything but just far enough away to be out of the chaos. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. My nephew enjoyed the stocked game closet. No complaints.

Perfect Catalina Getaway – Spacious, Clean, and Central

We stayed at this VRBO rental over Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic experience. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. The location was unbeatable: just steps from shops, restaurants, and the beach, but still felt peaceful and quiet. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, well-kept place in Avalon!
