Cette nouvelle unité de vue à 280 degrés au dernier étage, offre une vue sur le port d’Avalon et le village d’Avalon, y compris le casino. 3 chambres, toutes avec suites propres. La cuisine comprend les nouveaux électroménagers Bosch en acier inoxydable, les comptoirs en pierre à savon et en acier inoxydable, les planchers en bois franc. Il y a aussi une alcôve avec 2 lits superposés avec hublots. Un bain de poudre adjacent à la grande salle. Les ponts pour la détente, les bains de soleil et le bar-b-que, en font un lieu de séjour idéal pour toute la famille. Idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Entièrement meublé avec 5 télévisions et Direct TV, Internet, ustensiles de cuisine entièrement équipée, linge de maison.

This home is amazing. The view is beyond compare. The home is comfy and extremely well stocked for at home meals. The use of the golf cart makes it so enjoyable to zip around the island. Highly recommend !!!!!

My friend and I visit Catalina, often - and Jan’s place has officially become our favorite place to stay. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the views are amazing. It is also a convenient walking distance from the main strip. Jan is responsive and friendly!

The views from the deck, rooftop deck, and living room are spectacular. The house is beautiful and comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this had the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen. It's a quick 5 minute walk to town, but we couldn't hear noise from town. My only caution is the walk from town is steep, which was not a problem for us but could be for those with limited mobility. It's even more lovely than the pictures. Perfection!

Such a beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were a family of six and there was plenty of space. Everything was perfect. Three decks all with amazing views!!! Having access to the golf cart was the icing on the cake that made it even more perfect. We will be back for sure

Our family had an amazing time. Every detail of this house is amazing. Read the history page in their welcome book - explains where the wood for the ceiling and floors came from. Having access to a golf cart was huge!

The absolute best place I could have ever imagined staying! I got married on the island and wanted a place to stay and get ready in. This by far exceeded all my expectations! This was our second time staying here, and I don't think I ever want to stay anywhere else on the island in the future, cause this spot just hits different. Location, views, and all the comforts of home in this three story mansion made for an unforgettable 50th birthday for my husband. It was impeccably clean upon our arrival, I noticed when I cleaned up a water spill that there was no dirt, dust or hair on the floor at all, wow. The hosts were so cool about letting us stow our luggage in the secure entryway before and after check-in, and even let us know the property was available for early check in. They were also friendly and responsive when I had questions about our stay. The three bedrooms were all great, with the mother in law suite downstairs and the two master bedrooms mid level with the living space. The gourmet kitchen is fabulous, with everything needed to make a meal like spices, cooking oil, pans, Dutch oven, you name it. Vons is a five minute walk down the hidden shortcut path adjacent to the home. We ate like kings, and were able to enjoy the home together as a family instead of dining out so often. The views are simply stunning. It was very hard to leave that upper balcony, I wanted to stay up there all day. We took really cool family pictures up there, too. Even the various plants and succulents planted around looked cared for and healthy. This place is special and next level.
