Bright beautiful studio on world-renowned island of Palm Beach, with over-sized terrace, pool, wi-fi, 1.5 blocks from the beach, within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, 5 miles from airport.

Within the historic landmark Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, with classic Mediterranean Architecture. Bright & Sunny. Mini-kitchen. Expansive common areas. A short 15 minute Uber ride from the airport, no car is necessary with so much within walking distance, including the beach (chairs, towels, and umbrella provided), supermarket, fine dining and shopping.

Too many to list, restaurants include Trevini's or Cucina for Italian, Echo for Asian/sushi, PB Catch for seafood, and Flagler Steakhouse or Meat Market for steak. There is a French bakery in the building, Amici's gourmet market, and wine shops.

You can walk to fine shopping at Royal Poinciana Plaza, or for a longer walk, bike, or Uber, head over to the famous Worth Avenue.

Tour the renowned Breaker's Hotel, Flagler Museum, and St. Edwards Church. Rent bikes to experience the beautiful waterside Palm Beach Lake Trail.

A short drive or bike over the bridge into West Palm Beach, you'll find the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the Norton Museum of Art, and Rosemary Square including live music and comedy club. The Palm Beach area is also known for its numerous golf courses (including an oceanfront par 3 on the island) and available deep sea fishing charters. And don't miss your chance to attend an International Polo match.

Great location with attention to detail

Great location, easy walk to many of the best spots in palm beach. Great attention to detail in the condo. Everything you could think of needing was there, e.g. beach chairs and umbrella, take away cutlery, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. Clean with a stylish retro look.

Great alternative to a hotel on Palm Beach island

This room is thoughtfully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer and iron. Very convenient to walk to shopping, grocery store and beach.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Palm Beach! They provided everything we needed to make our stay great! The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made our trips to the beach easy. It was in a great location and an easy walk to the trail, beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The communication with our host was great and the check-in and out process, as well as the parking, was easy.

Mother daughter weekend

My daughter and I had a great time. We walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loved relaxing on the balcony. The provided beach items including cooler bag were perfect for our beach day. The room was bright, airy and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Mother / Daughter Spring Break

We loved our stay at the Grande Terrace. The location is amazing, most things in walking distance or a short Uber ride. We didn't have a car but the valet guys are so friendly as were the staff at the front desk.The room was nice and the terrace amazing. There's nothing like being able to literally walk outside your room and having so much space to enjoy. Sun the whole day! Lounge chairs we perfect.David was easy to work with and communicated everything in a timely manner. Would 100% stay here again.

Quaint Condo, Perfect Location

This condo was just as beautiful as pictured. The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. No need for a car! Everything about my 2 night stay was clean and comfortable; from the bed to the patio to the towels and toiletries provided. David was an extremely responsive host. I would love to stay again in the future.

Very nice little flat and convenient for local restaurants

This studio was very good for a short stay with several very good restaurants within walking distance, and a short walk of under a mile to the sandy beach. Everything was thoughtfully provided even down to a couple of toothbrushes should you have forgotten those! An information pack was available in the flat giving details of local attractions. My only complaint is very wet weather on one day, but luckily it was the day I was leaving!

Very nice experience

We had a very nice stay. Everything worked out as planned and per the very clear communication from the owner. Room is quiet with a nice terrace. We basically had the entire beach for ourselves. Publix is across the street. There is a French Patisserie in the same building with the same croissants you would find in any good boulangerie in France. It is a very high end area with very good restaurants. We had a great week.

Bright,Cheery and Great Location!

My daughter and I recently stayed here while visiting Palm Beach. The location was ideal and having a parking pass made it more convenient. Only 1/2 walk to the Breakers and the beach. Charming 'ole hotel atmosphere. Hope to return for a stay with my husband. Would definitely reccommend!!

Simply sensational!

Our stay was spectacular! The building is stunning with amazing architectural details and elegance. The studio was spotless and sanitized...and my favorite detail: the balcony!!! A gorgeous gem only a few minutes away from the beach...walking distance from the beach. They have amazing restaurants and shopping only steps away from the building. Can't wait to go back and experience the magic and history of the Palm Beach Island again. Also, thank you so much David and Estelle for being amazing hosts to our little getaway, can't wait to come back!
