The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. Guests are welcome to access pool area using the key fob provided at check-in. Parking passes are available in the condo.

For us it’s always how we sleep. We both slept very well due to the AC unit being located in the bedroom. It was cool and bedding was very comfortable. The unit itself is small but expected. Kerry utilized the small space to our benefit. As a woman, I have lots of toiletries and this space provided the room I needed! IE, make up mirror. Any concerns we had were met with prompt response and satisfied. Thank you Kerry and I look forward to future visits!!

Perfect location for exploring Palm Beach. Easy walk to Breakers and Flagler Museum. Unit is very clean and has all the amenities needed for enjoying the beach (2 blocks away). Valet parking was easy. It was one of our favorite stays.

A week in Palm Beach

Very nice small apartment located in a very central Palm Beach condominium with a large pool and close to a public beach. Building reception is available 24/7.

Very clean, modern and fully stocked unit

Nice remodeling job, everything new and shiny, this unit has all you need - comfortable bed, TVs with Sling service, kitchenette and basic supply of necessaries to start vacation without worry (coffee, shampoo, towels, beach chairs, etc). Super convenient location and historic building close to everything in PB.

Fantastic!

My wife and I are more familiar with the West Coast of Florida, This was our first time staying in Palm Beach. We loved this condo! It was modern, clean and was in close proximity of the beach, restaurants and had a Publix across the street! Kerry and Scott were very accomodating and provided a lot of great info to ensure that we felt comfortable in this new area for us. They were quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay and made sure that we were taken care of. We will definitely be booking this location in the future!

Perfect for our stay

This unit was perfect for our stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. Was recently redone and very well appointed. The bed was comfy, we loved that you could raise the headboard, and very nice to have a separate living room area. There was a nice kitchen area with a decent size fridge. Check in was a breeze as was parking. We moved our car to the 100 block and left it there for our stay. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a Publix which was right across the street. We used Uber to go to restaurants across town. The beach is one block away, but we are pool people an hung out in the beautiful pool each day. What was a bonus was the lovely and spacious outdoor patio area by the pool. It was great to be able to move there out of the sun to eat lunch. And every night, after we got back for the evening, we made ourselves drinks and hung out there for a few hours. All the staff at the building were friendly and very helpful. As was Kerry our host. She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. We would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to others. Thank you for having us. KathyH
