The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. This was a great VRBO. The apartment was clean and updated and so conveniently located to all that Palm Beach offers. Kerry and Scott have thought of everything and have some very nice touches to make you feel comfortable! Kerry was also great to work with - I highly recommend this property.

The host was most welcoming and provided us with all of the pertinent information we needed to enjoy our stay. The amenities were abundant and in good working order. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the building couldn't be better. You are literally steps to the best restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend this host!
