The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. This was a great step into Palm Beach history. The Hotel suite (condo) was clean and comfortable. The location is close to all things Palm Beach, including a Publix grocery across the street. At the corner (East) is a pharmacy/diner with very good breakfast selections. The Breaker's is only 1/2 mile south, Worth Ave (1 mile south) has a Rodeo Drive style shopping style. Lots of great restaurants and bars.

This was a great VRBO. The apartment was clean and updated and so conveniently located to all that Palm Beach offers. Kerry and Scott have thought of everything and have some very nice touches to make you feel comfortable! Kerry was also great to work with - I highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough good things about this sweet spot. Walking distance to everything. Beach, shopping, Breakers and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful and it was so clean and smelled so fancy. The valet was only 15.00 a day and so totally worth it if you don’t want to self park. They brought us our car as many times as we needed during the day. The apartment was small, but so thoughtfully organized with everything you need. We never felt cramped at all. There wasn’t anything we lacked and I was surprised for things that provided for us to use that were extra nice to have. The bed and pillows were so extra comfy. The large pool area and huge patio over looking Sunrise Ave felt like old Palm Beach. We hung out there a lot in the evenings during our stay. Kerry was so communicative and available. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the stay. We loved our stay and Tropical Blue. Can’t wait to come back!! We will definitely book again.
