Perfect in every way for us.

Wonderful area, very close to the national mall. Plenty of room for 4 adults, beds were very big and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

DC Getaway with Kids

The location of the property was excellent, an easy bus ride into the centre of DC. Plenty of food options nearby and a quiet leafy area. The property itself is large and spacious in the living area and bedrooms. Definitely worth it's value and would look at staying here again.

Great all around

Walking distance to the mall, across a park within 10 minutes walk of Union Station, safe family friendly location. Check in was easy and being able to walk into the apartment directly as well as having onsite parking in a cute, easy to na igate driveways. Would love to stay here again!

Quiet DC neighborhood

Nice spot about 20 minute walk from capital building., and rest of National Mall area. Kitchen was well stocked, and Mattresses are comfortable. Parking spot was great to have. For our stay

Beautiful place, the pictures dont do it justice!

A wonderful location! We were able to walk everywhere, even the grocery store, Giant Foods. And if you get tired, there are scooters and bikes to rent. Friendly neighbors too. Just a wonderful experience, and a wonderdul home.

Ample space for family of 5. Nice park across the street for our dog. Easy walk to many restaurants. A little far to walk to the monuments. Beautiful neighborhood.

The apartment is a lot more spacious than it looks on the photos. Location is great. Excellent connection to public transportation and Washington sites as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Parking on site is such a treat to have.

Great Location!

What a cute place in a cute neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and it was so convenient to have everything we needed there. Within walking distance to cute neighborhood restaurants and a market. The photos don’t do it justice. We were able to walk down to the mall and union station easily. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place

Very comfortable, larger than expected, comfortable beds and furniture. Check in was easy. Great location. Parking in assigned location can be tricky if others don’t pull their cars in, but notes on windshields worked.

Perfect location, responsive host

Our family if five had a great stay. The space was perfect, with plenty of sleeping options for our older kids. Location was beautiful and was within walking distance of the capitol and other DC hotspots. The water heater went out and the host was super quick and responsive to the issue. He even treated us to dinner at his restaurant during the repairs. We would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Highly recommended! Great location!

We highly recommend this adorable home! It’s located in a safe, family oriented neighborhood and within walking distance to union station, the capitol, museums and lots of restaurants. It is supplied with all the necessities and the owners are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Off road parking was also a huge plus. When we return to DC we will be booking again!

Cute Home with Kind Hosts

This was a perfect stay for us! The home is in a cute little neighborhood, walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The check in and check out process was extremely simple and straight forward. Unlike other experiences I’ve had, these hosts don’t ask for much from their guests. They are extremely kind and easy going. We plan on coming back to D.C. in the future and if this property is still listed we will absolutely be staying here!

Christmas in DC

We visited with our kids (6,7) and my in-laws over Christmas. The six of us fit well and there was plenty of sleeping space. Only downside is a tight kitchen but we made it work. The house was well stocked which was fabulous and the grocery store was only .5 miles away. We walked to all the museums (about 1.2-1.5 miles) and found easy street park on in g by the national Mall. Neighborhood was super safe with a park across the street that was perfect for kids 4 and younger.

Perfect for our needs

The property is perfectly located for getting to the Hill and only regret is that we were working or sleeping the whole time , and so had no chance to enjoy the amenities. Also, needed an early check in and late checkout that wasn’t available because of other guests. But it was fine all the same and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stayed for the week while daughter was at camp.

Great location. Having a parking space was a huge benefit. Walking distance to the Capital, etc
 Apartment was clean. King bed was great. Host lives upstairs in building and was able to fix an issue with the code key (batteries) right away. Beautiful neighborhood. Driving in DC is very confusing so walk, bike, scooter, bus or Uber when you can.
