This home was designed with connection to the surrounding wilderness in mind; large windows providing beautiful views of the Suwannee River and forest, large front porch where you can sip a glass of wine at sunset. Relax on our spacious, modern great room furniture by the river view windows, or catch a movie on the large wall mounted TV.

After a fun day on the river, retire to one of our three, beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a California King bed and flat screen TV, along with a spacious master bathroom, shower and garden jacuzzi tub, surrounded by windows and views of the forest . The home is elevated 8 feet above the ground, so your windows are private. The two guest bedrooms are thematic, one with a large bunk bed, (queen bottom and twin top), adorned with Space Exploration decor. This room also features a wall mounted TV and foosball table. The third bedroom, “Captain’s Quarters”, is located on the second floor. This bedroom features a dedicated workspace with a cozy queen sized bed. A second bathroom, located on the first level, features a spacious ceramic tiled, walk in shower. The home Is decorated with a combination of unique photography and original modern abstract artwork.

My group of friends go the Suwannee each year and this is by far the best house/property we have been to. We will definitely be staying again.

Great house for a family trip

Our family loved the house and property. Really nice setup, clean and wonderful outdoor spaces. Comfy hanging chairs, foosball, giant tree swing and kayaks all made our stay even more fun!

Great getaway

Property is nestled in a wooded area on the river. Very peaceful and wonderful views of the river. My husband and I enjoyed a little fishing, taking strolls on the trails (although a lot of the trails had fallen trees due to the hurricane), and playing a little basketball. Short distance to Branford for groceries and such. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Serene /Peaceful Getaway

This House/ Property was so Enjoyable for all of us. Great family time playing games, cooking meals, walking the property, chilling down by the water , even yoga on the dock. Ping pong & Basketball was fun as well. House well stocked/ comfortable. My only disappointment was we were not allowed to use Hot Tub and the WiFi was very slow. So i finally read a good book then . We would return again. Thanks !

Secluded Beauty

Looking for a place to relax and refresh? This is it! Amazing for adults and kiddos— you really can’t go wrong with 18 acres, half pipe, ping pong, foosball table, kayaks and more. We love land and lots of room to roam and we definitely got this here! My kids are used to being outside, active, and they’re loud (lol). Hotel rooms/ condos always stress me(us) out, so for vacays we’re either camping or looking to rent places with land. This rental was perfect for us! Owner was responsive and kind. Hope to be back one day!

Loved it!

This house exceeded all expectations for us. We loved every bit of it, from the beautiful property to the home itself. We had so much fun by the fire pit and walking the property. We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful home.

Celebrating the grad

We had an amazing time this week. I chose this property over a year ago just because it was somewhat close to several springs which was the main purpose of our trip. We enjoyed Royal Springs, Itchatucknee Springs, Little River Springs, Mearson Springs, Gilcrest Blue Springs, Branford Springs, Rainbow Springs and also a trip to Crystal River. After our day trips, time on the dock watching the sturgeon jump was a bonus!! Thank you for having us.

Amazing experience

What a beautiful place!! So many springs surrounding! That are Awsome!! But all in all don’t need to leave the property. Trails, fishing, kayaks and swimming in the river!! The house was beautiful and clean. The property was gorgeous! The kids loved the half pipe and basketball goal on property! All in all a great experience!! We will definitely be booking again in the next year! Thank you so much bill and Kim!
