Backyard Living in Paradise!

***New to Vrbo! Up until this point, we have only used home exchange*****
Our home is the best that Santa Barbara has to offer! We are located between UCSB and downtown Santa Barbara, right on a lovely tree lined bike bath. We purchased our home in 2012 and fell in love right away with the huge yard and location. Since then, we have been adding on, remodeling and decorating to make it our dream home. We redid our kitchen last fall with zellige tile, a large family style kitchen island new appliances.
Our backyard boasts numerous fruit trees, a jacuzzi, a trampoline and a playground but also a lovely eating/BBQ area and brand new landscaped side yard with a fire pit nestled under a twinkle-light filled avocado tree.
Wake up to birds singing, sunny Santa Barbara weather and enjoy relaxing and stretching out in our spacious yard!
We take excellent care of our beautiful home, and hope you will do the same.

In our neighborhood, you are only a 15 minute bike ride to the beach or a 20 minute bike ride to downtown Santa Barbara. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, with the most traffic you see outside being either horses walking by or bikers!
We have four proper bedrooms plus an extra bonus room which features a twin bed and a hidden washer/dryer combo. There are sleeping arrangements for 10 people. There is a jacuzzi on the deck outside, to soak in at night while stargazing.

Please note, my father in law lives in the back attached unit with a separate entrance but keeps to himself and is private. If you need anything throughout your stay, however, he is simply a phone call away.
