The location and layout were fantastic. Very relaxing with the oceanview and jacuzzi. Checkin was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in great condition and a beautiful view! The Host responded quickly via email when I had questions. Our only reason for the 4stars is because we couldn’t turn off the heat and the rooms were all warm.

Wonderful location with beautiful, relaxing home.

The location was wonderful with stunning ocean views. We loved the feeling of the home and the comfort of the bed and couches. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for a perfect relaxing stay. We have 2 families share the space and it was well designed with an upstairs and downstairs suite. I think the hot tub needs a new cover, but it was an otherwise perfect stay.

We had an amazing time with our family. Lots of stairs for an elderly person, but worth it for the views. The patio was a favorite place to sit.

Awesome location

Absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay in Summerland. This house has all the comforts of home and a gorgeous view to boot! We walked to the quaint little town for coffee, shopping and a long beach walk. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Summerland gem

Clean, comfortable, spacious kitchen, easy access to SB and freeway. Jacuzzi was nicely situated but the cover to the jacuzzi was in horrible condition. Hard to impossible without 4 of us to take off. The material of the failing top would pollute the water. Sad. Other than that, the place was great.

Wedding weekend

Perfect location for extended family in town to celebrate a wedding. Beautifully finished, great location , indoor/outdoor living. Amazing views. Well equipped and in great repair. Would have liked another bath that wasn’t in a bedroom. Great closet space also.

Beautiful stay by the ocean

We met friends in Summerland for a shelter in place get together at this beautiful home. The views and furnishings in this home are incredible. We have rented many VRBO homes...this kitchen is by far the best equipped. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Summerland Holiday

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay in this lovely 3 bedroom rental with fabulous views of the sea. The house was well equipped with everything we could want or need and the hot tub was a huge hit. The property managers were responsive and very pleasant. A perfect place for us in all respects.

So lovely

The house was great. Honestly, the posting undersold the view- it was gorgeous. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect—great for access to drive to wineries, easy to get to Santa Barbara, and also great for times we stayed at the house.

Summerland House

The property was very clean, very well stocked, I was actually surprised by the quality of the cook ware. We throughly enjoyed the deck, the view and the short walk to the beach and town where we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast! The host was very quick to respond on a minor hot tub issue, which we enjoyed very much! Would definitely stay here again!

Great ocean view.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The main floor is well done, with chef’s kitchen and ocean views from all the rooms. We would definitely stay there again. Our only frustrations were the stairs involved to get from street level to the main floor, and the ongoing construction on 101 closing the Summerland exit. Otherwise it was a five star stay.

Exceptional location and cleanliness!

This interior of the property is extremely well-maintained, with what obviously have been consistent, thorough cleanings and care. The view was spectacular and the outside accommodations were lovely -- with beautiful landscaping surrounding a pre-heated and scrupulously clean hot tub. A wonderful stay for our family. Entry into the property was clear and concise, and the binder left on the premises answered any additional questions we had. Highly recommend!
