THE UNIT

This 380sf Studio unit features:
- 2 Queen beds;
- City View
- Stovetop, coffee maker, Large fridge, microwave;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

No a picky person although
Up on arrival it was crazy parking zero places to pull up we was literally parked in a very busy street waiting out turn to pull up and un load so our car could get wisked away. Check in was smooth. Getting to room was easy but we had no blankets only sheets so we asked for a blanket or something heavier than a flat sheet but the reply we received was “In this weather you want a cover” and went back with no blanket/ cover. The pool and hot tub was drained no water and it looked like it had been out of working order for a while Wish that would have been told I would have found another hotel $190. A night with no pool, blanket I could have stayed at a holiday inn and got all that and a free breakfast. Also the shampoo and conditioner was filled with water so not only was they filled with water they had already been used and replaced with water a placed back in shower. Ocean was fantastic View from room was fantastic So if you stay here take shampoo conditioner a blanket and be prepared for no pool or hot tub

Not what was expected
This place looked really nice on the site, the room was dirty, rusty, holes in the table and tub and very unsanitary. The coffee machine didn’t work and tv wouldn’t shut off. The whole place smelled like weed. Won’t stay here again.

For the most part it was a great stay, check-in was smooth the lobby looked fine (even though is under construction) the restaurant was/is closed unfortunately and our room left a lot to desire, we were there 9 years ago when they were doing renovations and at that time we still got a descent room compare to now our bathroom ceiling had black mold the burners on the stove were uneven which is dangerous whit little kids around but we made the best of it, the WORST part of our stay was the pool service and how they threated people by arguing and telling patrons "that we were acting like we've never seen a pool" when we complained about them kicking us out @ 7pm or 7:30 ,closing the gates at 7:45 because they wanted to leave early prompting arguments one of them going as far as lying about someone drowning there when we were there and no such thing happened , you pay and take these vacations to remove yourself from these types of thing not to be threated like a beggar ...

Great Place to Stay
My expectations were a little low going in based off some of the things I read online, but everything was great! Staff were friendly, room was clean and recently updated. Would stay here again.
