Apartment has 1 King bedroom and a Living room with sofa-bed, many closets. Guests enjoy spacious nice bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen, with the Stowe, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter top. Direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Very Secure building. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping in walking distance. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, and $10 administrative fees- guests enjoy umbrellas and beach chairs, private pool, private beach access with towels, fitness center, high-speed WIFI, and business center.
Resort offers valet parking for additional fee $35 per day.

We stayed 5 nights at rhis apartment and loved it. The checkin was streamers. We arrived early after finishing a cruise and contacted Liliya who notified the hotel taht the room was ready and fo let us xheckin..we we very happy. The paratmwnt is spacious and has everything you need and a lovely view if the ocean from the balcony. The Hotel is clean , pool lovely, lota od loungers at the beach and pool..The staff are attentive. There's a supermarket across the street plus various places go eat. The only downside ,which is no control of the owner was the early noise from the development which ia being built next door. We brought some ear defenders and this helped. We would definatly comw and stay here again another year, if we returned to Miami.

The ocean was visible from the room, with a spacious balcony. The room is very clean, too. FYI: The dryer squeaks a lot while being used.

Beautiful view of the ocean! Beautiful sunset from the balcony. We could not see the actual sun set but the colors on the bay and ocean were stunning. Very comfortable bed and comfortable condo, the resort smells amazing wherever you go, very well kept, the gym was also very nice! Better than most places.

The view from the bedroom was unobstructed. Room was great. Perfect location to walk right onto the beach and also many nearby restaurants. There is a hotel being built right next to this hotel. A lot of construction noise from 700am until 6pm. Probably will not go back until the hotel is built.

The amenities are very nice and well done. The condo is very clean, and the view is something really welcoming to wake up too. It was everything I was expecting for the price, so what I am saying is it represented the right value for me. Something I missed, and it has nothing to do with the condo or posting, and that was I missed the parking and resort fees, so that adds up. They are clearly laid out in the description, but I didn't see that initially, so that's on me. Everyone is very accommodating, and helpful. I would stay there again for sure.

Great, private location

This area was great to stay at, food was excellent on-site and nearby restaurants. We rented a car for this stay only because we wanted to make 2 trips and figured the Uber/Lyft charges would be about the same cost and the rental gave us the freedom to do a bit more sight seeing too.
