We always stay at the Arcadians. We have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean the security and property workers have always been a joy. Really enjoyed our view and stay as usual.

Annual vacation

This our second time staying at Arcadian I and this time it was excellent. Condo was very clean and newly renovated. We will be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a good time but the master bed was lumpy - I believe it was because of the cover or the mattress - which was cheap and crumpled easily. The sheets came off each time one turned in the bed - I also think that in the summer much lighter covers (light blankets and spread) is needed rather than the heavy comforter. They should provide more garbage bags for the kitchen can - we had one - and that was certainly not enough for 8 days.

Ideal location, like having the ocean in your living room!

This unit is beautifully situated, with an incredible view of the ocean which never got old. Everything was lovely, and the newly remodeled kitchen was a bonus. Can't beat the convenience of coming off the elevator just steps away from the beach. We were really surprised and pleased by the management-hosted July Fourth picnic, that was a great touch. The staff were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely return, and would highly recommend!

And the view was fantastic!! I’d never stayed that far up, never had wanted to, but we picked it because of the decor, and I loved being up high! I felt like I was on a cruise ship when I looked out the window!! We loved it!!
