The only downside we’ve found is lack of closet space for master bedroom but we’ve made do. It’s very well equipped with whatever you might need. Love it!

It was very tastefully decorated, clean, bright and offered us comfort throughout the day. The location of Arcadian I is excellent, close to shopping and all amenities, but also very quiet. The grounds are well kept and the beach is well maintained. Only wish we could get 5C for next year! We highly recommend Arcadian I with a wonderful, helpful staff to make your stay worry free.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from our week in unit 5C at Arcadian I. I have been staying at this condo complex for all of my MB trips over the past 31 years and have always enjoyed my stays. This unit has some pros and cons, and unfortunately the cons will prevent us from renting this unit in the future. The pros include the beautiful view, fairly easy access if using the stairs, the spacious kitchen, the queen bed in the second bedroom, and the in unit washer and dryer. The cons include the very uncomfortable beds, the lack and poor quality of drawer space, no closet or any sort of hanging area for clothes in the master bedroom, the complete lack of towel bars in the master bath (it’s a beach and I need to hang my towels), and the broken couch. The Arcadian I staff was amazing and provided a wonderful experience with the pool and grounds- we are always appreciative of their efforts and friendly demeanors.

Beautiful condo and grounds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things that need some attention in this unit. 1) The shower curtain rod is not securely mounted. It was a battle every evening trying to use that shower. 2) The air conditioner quit working on our final evening. The unit stayed at 76°-78° with terrible humidity all night long. Nobody got any sleep that night. 3) The other shower (the glass and tile shower) leaked very badly. We had to put down towels to keep from covering the floor with water. 4) There are no ceiling fans in this unit. The air seems to get stagnant in the evenings without using fans. Other than these few issues it is a beautiful condo. Loved having the in unit washer and dryer. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly from the office staff, the security guards and maintenance crew. This was our second vacation staying at the Arcadian 1. We are planning to return to 5C next summer!

I loved the in unit washer and dryer, lots of linens and the management company was very responsive and helpful. The security guard and maintenance were so friendly. The locations was amazing. The negatives were the carpet is still dirty and housekeeping was less than optimal. I actually thought the unit had not been cleaned when I arrived but was assured it had been. Overall a great experience and I intend to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is luxurious! From the mirrored furniture to the up graded kitchen- it is very pleasing to the eye! A few complaints are the sleeping arrangements and lack of cable TV. My 2 sons refused to sleep together, so one had to sleep on the couch due to only having twin beds in both rooms. The living room had cable, but neither of the bedrooms had cable television, just a ROKU. The bed in the master is very small; only a full size. For a master bedroom, I found this odd. Other than these two things- the condo was top notch! I loved that it had a washer and dryer! I would stay here again if the sleeping arrangements would upgrade!

Fabulous Vacation Week

We needed to have a couple of things fixed and the property management company came immediately and put in light bulbs and showed us how to get to the cable TV. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed except an iron. There was an ironing board but no iron. Owners should put an iron in the unit. Fortunately, our clothes were not too wrinkled. We love the location, pool and beach.
