Individually owned condo:

This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is new the the Arcadian Rental program for 2022! Beautifully renovated / decorated condo, with new furniture and new flooring throughout the condo. Comfortably sleeps 5 with a King in the Ocean front Master, a Queen and Twin in the guest room. Enjoy preparing meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances or cook out using our ocean front grills. Cooking not for you, take a short drive down Restaurant Row for dinning out options.

Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs so you are able to stream all your favorite shows!

Master bath has a large walk in shower.

Enjoy a day out shopping at Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, or Broadway at the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to the Arcadian every year since they opened. This is our second time renting 1E. We had never thought about staying on the lower floors, but after we gave it a try, we loved it! We were concerned about possible noise, but there really isn't any. It overlooks the grassy area, not the pool. We will request this one again and again!

It is in the perfect location because you have easy access to restaurants and shopping but at the same time you have privacy.

6-Night Stay
I would like to write a horrible review so the condo is available the next time I want to go, but I can’t. The condo was exactly as described, and I have zero complaints. The condo was clean, perfect size and location. With the doors and windows closed, I could not hear any noise other than the ocean waves. Perfect view of the beach, ocean, and pool. Only a 10–20-minute drive to all attractions. The beach area for the Arcadian One was never crowded, but the surrounding buildings’ beaches were. Additionally, the Arcadian One was also very clean. Staff was constantly seen cleaning. Security officers were visible, which is always a plus. I will definitely stay there again. Joe B.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be/Dirty Towels in closet/ washers and Dryers not working on 1-4 floors/ TV didn’t work.
