We were supposed to stay in 16e, however made a mistake when making the reservation with Arcadian One and booked us in 16C. Molly @ Arcadian One was excellent and did everything she could to make sure we had a place to stay and took very good care of us. Her constant communication was much appreciated.

Review of condo 16C

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 16C was in poor shape. We spent about 4 hours cleaning when we got there. The room smelled very musty the whole time we were there and the air conditioning vents were very moldy and dirty looking and kept moisture around them. The wallpaper in the guest bathroom was coming off the wall. The side of the refrigerator was filthy dirty and around the door where you enter the Condo looked horrible. The inside balcony doors would not lock, the stove eyes were stained badly and there was stuff on kitchen wall behind sink and the bedroom doors and light switches looked horrible. There were also hairs in the tub and shower and the bathroom floors. We have never stayed in a condo like this before where you couldn't use the closets due to them being full of someone else's things and all drawers in cabinet in living room were full also. On the plus side the security guard was very nice and welcoming and the security was very good, but the condo was a whole different story. I would highly recommend a major renovation of Condo 16C before renting it out to anyone else. Also the whole week we were there the washer on the 16th floor would not wring out clothes and we had to go to another floor to wash towels, which was very inconvenient!

While it could use some updating- overall it was perfect for us. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only issue was the downstairs condo, where the occupants smoked constantly. I feel a property listed as no smoking, should include the balcony.I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We are seniors and had a couple of personal issues. The staff (Casey and Jamie) helped us out in a very professional snd friendly manner. Thank you so much. The maintenance and security staff were also very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Eye candy condo.

There were a few things that need to be worked on; couldn’t get garbage disposal to work, the overhead light fixture in kitchen was sagging a little and there wasn’t a spatula to fry eggs or meat. The TV problem was fixed temporarily thankfully. The decor was a little outside my taste, palm trees in living area 😳. But cute in other ways. It would be helpful to have a permanent book giving directions for how to use the remotes and any other things that might be new or different to others. Just a suggestion. We love staying at the Arcadian 1 anytime we can.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start by expressing how much we loved the physical location of this condo! Unfortunately, the condo itself, did nothing to live up to the photos! This condo is very dated and full of mold. Please listen to the reviews on this place. My family and I enjoyed our vacation, however, this condo was disappointing. The windows in the main bedroom are full of mold, FULL! There are paper towels placed on the window seal to catch the moisture but it doesn’t hide the mold! The bathrooms are very dated and lacks hot water. There is also mold on the ceiling in the shower. There is a very strong smell as soon as you walk through the door. The door isn’t as secure as we would have hoped, it appears very old and rusty. The carpet is decent. The balcony is the best thing this condo has to offer! I will never stay in this condo again. For what they charge you can definitely get something better.
