Welcome to our 3,200 sq foot newly renovated and furnished Regis home with 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 living rooms w/ new HOT TUB, POOL TABLE AND FIRE PIT! Ideal location only 4 miles to DT Denver, very close to Highlands and Tennyson & less than 20 minutes to Red Rocks and 1 hour to the slopes. Close to I-70 & I-25, you have quick access to get to downtown to enjoy the Broncos game, the Pepsi Center or Coors Field. Our home is perfect for large groups, families with kids, business groups or a couples getaway.
Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, our four bedroom home is perfect for your large group and sleeps 14! Our recently remodeled backyard has a large 6-7 person HOT TUB covered by a string lit pergola and a FIRE PIT.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a KING bed in the master and a KING bed in the 2nd bedroom. The third and fourth bedroom are downstairs with two full beds in one room and a queen in the other. There are two new queen sofa beds on the main level. We also have a Pack n Play for your little one!
The main living room has spacious comfy couches for you and your friends to kick back and relax in front of a 55` Smart TV. There is also a ping pong table downstairs with a 2nd living room that is great a separate hangout area for the kids! The open kitchen has an electric stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator and is stocked with place settings for 16, coffee maker and a French press. We provide you with snacks and coffee as well!
The kitchen leads to the dining room with a large, beautiful wooden dining room table with seating for 14 and a POOL TABLE!
The spacious outdoor patio has seating for 12 and the string lights are awesome at night to pass time on the porch or hop in the new, private 6-7 person hot tub! The fenced in backyard is huge and perfect for outdoor fun for the kids or dog. We also have a propane grill perfect for those nice grillin` days!
We have two large driveways that can accommodate your cars - one on Clay St and one on W 56th Avenue. The W 56th Ave driveway there is a gate that can only be unlocked from the inside.
Groups have access to the entire home
We provide guests with the ability to check in on their own, but are able to communicate throughout your entire stay. We also live close by if anything is needed. We are always a message or call away.
We live in a quiet neighborhood with 2 amazing parks close by. Please respect our neighbors and do not have outside noise past 9pm. Check out the two amazing parks close by - Zuni Park and Berkley Park
We are a very close drive to Downtown and the highlands but also, Uber is a great and affordable option to use.
-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 23. If Lead guest is less than 23, the reservation will be cancelled
-Smoking is allowed only OUTDOORS.
-Pets are allowed, but need to be *approved* prior to your stay. If approved, there is a $200 per pet fee. Please keep off the beds and furniture due to shedding and please pick up after your dog in the yard.
-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
*Neighborhood ordinance - quiet hours outside start at 10 pm, thank you.
The cleaning fee only covers normal cleaning of the home. Please see and follow our check out instructions prior to leaving our home. Groups that leave our home that requires extra cleaning or groups that do not follow the above house rules will be subject to additional cleaning charges.
