When you first arrive at the home, you`ll be wowed by the scale and unique architecture of the exterior. You`ll want to take pictures of every inch of this dream home, including the front yard.

As you enter through the front door, you`ll be blown away by the unique, sleek, modern designed open floor plan. You`ll immediately notice the view of the backyard oasis, through the massive disappearing glass sliding doors. The high ceilings and large windows throughout will take your breath away. The sunshine from the clerestory windows illuminates through the open space and will make you feel like you`ve finally arrived in paradise. This will be the moment you`ll realize that you may not actually leave the home at all to explore Scottsdale, as planned. It`ll also be the moment your group will praise your amazing accommodation booking skills ;)

The home has 4 bedrooms and a casita, which are designed for comfort and style and allow for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has it`s own TV.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will certainly inspire you to take an endless amount of selfies to send home to your friends and family. The backyard is split up into different areas, including a seating area next to a large screen TV, an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, the BBQ and prep area, another lounge seating area with direct access to the casita (where the pool table and second bar live) the pool, spa, and lounge area, a large unobstructed grass area for whatever your heart desires, a basketball court, a huge 4-hole putting green, the rocking chairs next to the master, and the fire-pit area…SO MANY OPTIONS! Enjoy a home-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets...or maybe you`d prefer to watch the game while drinking a homemade margarita. Guests will have full access to the home, excluding the garage. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and the street.

*Kierland Commons the valley`s premier complex of upscale designer shops, boutiques and restaurants is approximately 1.8 miles . A few of the Restaurants include: Mastro`s Ocean Club, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, North Italia, P.F. Changs, Shake Shack, The Cheese Cake Factory, Snooze an A.M. Eatery, Zinc Bistro. A few of the Shops include: Anthropologie, Alex & Ani, 7 for all Mankind, Ann Taylor, Chico`s, Coach, Loft, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahamas

*Scottsdale Quarter is approximately 1.8 miles - Excellent Restaurants like, Eddy V`s Prime Seafood, Grimaldi`s Pizzeria, Breakfast Kitchen Bar, Creamistry, Dominick`s Steakhouse, Kona Grill. Ipic Theater. Also has Superb Shopping like Free People, Express, Calvin Klein Performance, ANGL, American Girl, H & M, Kendra Scott.

*Desert Ridge Marketplace is approximately 7.6 miles - Variety of Restaurants and shopping including Yard House, The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Island fine burgers & drinks, Macaroni Grill, BJ`s Restaurant & Brewhouse. A few of the shops include: American Eagle, DSW, Marshall`s, Pier One, Justice, Old Navy, Ulta.

• Pool & Spa Heating - $75 per day (2-day minimum) *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival.

• Must be 25+ in order to book.

• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.

• Locals must message before booking.

Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
