The space:

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this beautifully designed, spacious house boasts an unbeatable location within walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, parks, and shopping. Enjoy the bright and airy indoor spaces that include a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and 4-piece bath. With a fantastic front patio that is ideal for outdoor entertaining and free on-site parking, our home is the perfect spot for your next getaway to the California coast.

Property Features:

KITCHEN: Newly renovated and well-equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, range oven, microwave, coffee maker, and the cookware + utensils needed to prepare complete meals.

DINING AREA + WORKSPACE: Features a 4-person dining table with an additional workstation for virtual commuting.

LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceilings with a TV viewing area and casual seating. This social gathering space turns into sleeping for 6 with a twin bunk bed, twin trundle bed, and full futon.

BEDROOM: The spacious bedroom sleeps 4 people and has a comfy queen platform bed, twin bunk bed, ceiling fan, large sliding mirror closet, and an additional closet for storage.

FRONT PATIO: The oversized front patio is styled with a table and 2 bar stools, 3-seat cushioned outdoor sofa, coffee table, and new propane gas grill.

Parking:

There is reserved parking for one vehicle in the driveway to the back of the house, and additional unrestricted parking can be found on Pacific Beach Drive and adjacent streets.

Guest access:

This house does not have any shared walls and grants complete privacy which is hard to come by in Mission Beach! You will have full access to both the front and back verandas as well as the entire inside of the bungalow with a seamless, no contact self-check-in process.
