Fun Little Vacation

Stayed for three days and it was a really nice time. This vacation house is very close to home and work. We utilized it while our rental was holding open houses.

Great location

Adam was very communicative and super helpful. House is in a great location for Mission Bay beach and the park which are only a few minutes walk away. Some really good restaurants near by too. All in all a super pace to stay for our short trip to San Diego

Clean and cozy!

We had a great experience in this cute bungalow. The unit was super clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic. Communication with our host, Adam, was top notch, and his response time was nearly immediate. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent choice for family vacation

Adorable house that has a fantastic location! Very short walk to both Mission Bay and Mission Beach. We really appreciated this house having supplies available like cooking essentials,a grill, laundry, and even some beach supplies. Nice, cozy patio that is lovely for a family to enjoy some beautiful weather. Owner is very responsive and attentive to needs. I would definitely like to come back and would highly recommend this house!

The pictures are totally different than what you see in person the house needs a deep deep clean. It felt muggy, humid and had an old house smell. I felt like after everytime I touched something I needed to wash my hands. The beds were comfy to sleep on. The parking is very small in between buildings, so take a small vehicle cause there ain’t no parking anywhere and there’s not street parking like it’s listed. It would have been nice to park in the large garage. But Adam was very nice and every email I sent him he would get back to me right away.

The house was in a great location, close to the beach, belmont park, and a quick uber to fun local bars. My group really enjoyed our weekend at the home.

Such a lovely stay

The location of this stay is perfect for going to the beach, bay, and walking around getting food and going to Belmont Park. The host is great with communication and will work with you and accommodate to the best of their ability. This stay is basically 5 stars but I gave it 4 due cleanliness. There was dirt and sand on the floor and the counters/fridge were dirty as well. Granted, the host messaged me saying I can let him know if anything isn’t up to standard so he could fix it right away, I just feel that cleanliness isn’t something that should go unnoticed in the first place. This was a really great stay in general, I highly recommend.
