OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Pool Heating Is a Paid Add-On, Not Included in the Nightly Rate: $55 per day, 2-day minimum, 48-hour advance notice required, and must be paid prior to arrival. Without heating, the pool is unheated.
• From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water can drop into the 40s or 50s. Weather conditions may affect exact temperatures.
• Fire Pit: Wood-burning. Guests supply their own firewood; the closest place to grab it is Home Depot, about 5 minutes away on Tatum Blvd.
• Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book.
• No Parties: All visitors must be listed on the reservation and named on the rental contract. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM, strictly enforced so our neighbors can enjoy their homes.
• Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM. Need more time? The best way to guarantee it is to book an extra night, subject to availability.
• Rental Contract: Full acceptance of the landlord`s rental contract is required within three days of booking acceptance.
• Locals: Please message before booking.
